Four Winds

Just want to let folks know what an awesome staff we have at Four Winds. From my first meeting with the property manager Bob, to my interactions with the maintenance folks, this experience has been A++!!! I feel so fortunate to have found this place. Living here is living in a community within the community. I have great neighbors and feel completely at peace here. Bob and staff are quick to respond and always professional but they take it a step further, they smile with their professionalism. In today's world this is hard to find. I love it here!

Update: After almost 3 years of living here, office personnel and management have switched. The property doesn't have as much help as they used to, but they try their best. The location is convenient as it is close to the mall and downtown.

Just moved here for a new job and needed to find a place quick. This place was running out of availability, and I see why. Lucky to have found a nice place! Great people and maintenance is AWESOME! Great community to be in. Victoria in leasing is my fav. :)

I joined this community a little over a month ago. My kids and I have been satisfied with our home. The staff do an excellent job meeting maintenance needs and staying in communication with tenants regarding anything happening with your home/mail/the overall campus. Since I moved in, lots of things have been updated around the campus and it seems to keep getting better. The customer service has been great, they are very kind. It has been a great experience so far!

I currently live at Four Winds Villages and I’ve had an amazing experience here. I’ve never really had any issues and if I have Victoria our new property manager has taken care of it right away. I called her the other day and told her my carpet was coming up and she came over and looked at it and is replacing it for me with brand new tile right away as well. She told me she is here to make sure everyone is happy and that she loves taking care of her residents. She has been great. She also got new pool furniture already. She’s doing great things. I would deff recommend this property to my friends and family.

I have rented from Four Winds Village for a little over a year now & I have had a very pleasant experience with all the staff. The current property manager Bobby is out of this world one of the most kind & caring people I’ve met. Bobby’s customer service skills are amazing. I would also like to take a second to give credit to the amazing maintenance guy Asa. Thank you both for providing a safe family friendly neighborhood.

We toured these apartments and were impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We met the Manager and the maintenance techs at a drop in showing and they went out of there way to make us feel welcome. The apartments are very spacious, well maintained, and you get a genuine sense that the Manager Victoria cares about her residents and takes pride in her work. Had it been just a few miles closer to my new job we would've overjoyed to live here!

My employer moved me to Missouri and I applied and rented sight unseen. The manager was friendly and did a face time for me to see the unit. She assured me it would be cleaned. I developed a rapport and right before moving in she moved to another state (no longer manager). The first time I saw the unit was on move in day after a 14 hour drive and it was dirty and carpet was filthy. We moved in and they had another manager who was friendly but did not respond to our issues as far as the unit. Why did I give it 5 stars? Because things changed when Victoria became manager. From day one upon arrival she has been extremely responsive in correcting our issues and concerns. She is friendly, helpful always available. She makes a point to know my name and follow up. Maintenance requests are taken care of extremely quickly and professionally. The maintenance staff has always been awesome even when management wasn’t. Victoria runs a tight ship. The property is now clean and safe. It is also quiet and a wonderful community. I actually asked if she had additional units for other co-workers to rent that are being relocated here. I was so impressed by the change we renewed the lease. That is the ultimate compliment to convert an unhappy tenant in an extremely happy one in a short time. That is a testament to Victoria. There are a lot of families here it is nice to see kids actually playing outside. I highly recommend four winds and Victoria needs a raise and a bonus in my opinion.

Love our experience at Four Winds! Victoria and the whole team has been very responsive and helpful with anything that's come up for us. Move in was a breeze, and the apartment itself has a lot of space and great atmosphere given the low price. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving in Columbia!

Absolutely fantastic place to live. The manager is amazing, professional and so helpful and nice. The facility is one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at, they take great care of everything. The townhomes are just as clean and kept up. Mine looked new when I moved in. Another thing I love is the overall community, I love to jog and I see so many people and I never feel unsafe in this community. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other.. I really enjoy that. I also love that I’m close to everything!! Overall, I can’t say enough amazing things. Would recommend over and over. They really take care of you and it’s just a terrific environment and a really great community feel!

Victoria is absolutely amazing to work with. I was suppose to move to one of the units last June but due to personal reasons I had to postpone. I finally got moved to Columbia and googled four winds hoping they would have something available. Victoria recognized me immediately and reached out to me. By the end of the day I now have a house to move into!!!!!! I have been looking for months and apparently I just needed to wait for what I was originally suppose to get!!! She is so nice and friendly and I’m sadden to hear she’s leaving four winds. She was great to work with.

I recently moved in, and am very happy with this decision. I had been nervous about renting this as site unseen since moving from out of state. Victoria was delightful to work with. She helped ease any concerns and answered my many questions!! This continued upon move in where both she and Jordan made me feel very welcomed. The townhouse/apartment was in very good condition and clean upon moving in. A few minor fixes were needed which maintenance solved immediately. One of my favorite features is that the sound does not seem to travel through the walls despite being in a middle unit. Neighbors have also been very kind. This is a great location.

I have lived here for the last 3 years and I absolutely love it. My experience here has been nothing but positive. We just recently got a new property manager, Victoria. She is very nice and her communication is awesome. For myself, she has taking care of things that were promised to me a while ago. I definitely can say that she is doing great and it is awesome to have her here!

It was my first time applying to an apartment complex, and Valerie helped me. She made the process so easy and was very understanding of my situation- she gave me many options within my price range and was very detailed about the lease. She was very friendly and thorough in her tour. So far, I have had a great experience with management. They always answer the phone (even after office hours) and maintenance is always quick to be on site if anything is wrong. You can tell they really care!

The application process was fast and simple. Brian showed us our unit and did a great job in the customer service aspect. We had what seemed like a billion questions and if he didn’t know the answer the found it out fast. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and professionally. Victoria is always quick to answer questions. The property is clean and safe. It is a wonderful community I am glad to call home.

We just moved in last week and so far have been greatly impressed by the staff. Levi and Gail at the front office are amazing and took great care of us. We moved in very quickly after our application, and Gail took the time to show us our apartment and help us with any concerns. I especially like the app that they use, which you can pay rent with and also request maintenance. The maintenance staff have been very responsive to our requests! So far, we have loved our experience here.

We just moved in to Four Winds from an apartment that was $250 more per month. This apartment is bigger, quieter, and in much better condition. The neighborhood is lovely, with blooming flowers, nice trees, and well-mannered children. The people are friendly and there are always lots of folks walking their dogs or playing with their children. It makes things seem very safe. Tim and Gail, the property managers, are just wonderful. They've gone out of their way to make our move in as easy as possible and give us a warm welcome. I'd recommend Four Winds to anyone who needed to rent an apartment in Columbia!

I've been very pleased with everything about living at Four Winds Villages so far. The manager, Tim has been absolutely amazing, and he went above and beyond to make coming to view apartments from out of town easy. It's a very quiet neighborhood and I've felt very safe here. The town houses themselves are quiet, and I've never heard any noise from neighbors on either sides. I was impressed with how nice the apartments are, with nicely painted walls and new carpet that make it feel more like a home than a rental. The price is excellent for the sq. footage and I like being so close to I-70 because it's quick to get just about anywhere in town. Any maintenance requests I've placed were dealt with/resolved in less than 24 hrs. Overall I'm really pleased.

We have had the best experience with Victoria at Four Winds. She has been nothing but kind, helpful, and willing to assist us in any way possible! The community is clean and the property looks beautiful. Would recommend as the units are at a good price and with a great maintenance staff.

My husband and I were looking at a few properties and we ended up going with Four Winds. Not only are the units nice, but the costumer service was great! Victoria was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and patient (I always ask 1,000,000 questions). We are all moved in and happy to be here!

Wonderful place. Safe clean. Management is a 10 plus. Very prompt response to maintenance requests. Highly professional and respectfully. Will give more than 5 if possible
