I absolutely love this store! Amazing styles and always a great variety. The employees are always happy, helpful, and friendly. Always greated at the door, some of the clerks even know me by name. This is my favorite store to introduce friends and family to, the body positive message is carried through the very welcoming atmosphere.

Very friendly staff, got my wedding dress through them fit perfectly.

The people who work here made this the best shopping experience my daughter and I have ever had. They picked out the most amazing items to make mix and match outfits for my daughter. Had an amazing sale and we literally bought everything they picked out and all of the items had huge discounts.

What can I say about this store and the wonderful people that work there! Vicki came through for me in such a big way. I went to the store looking for a white full coverage bra that would look nice under my wedding gown. She measured me so I could get the right fit tried on a few bras in that size but they didn’t have any in white. My wedding was the first weekend of October and I went to torrid in the middle of September, I ordered my bra and was assured her that it would be here in plenty of time before my wedding. There were a few hiccups through getting it from point a to point B but they never once let me down. Sure enough I had my bra for my wedding. I love how this store makes you feel like you belong. I took my sister-in-law my mother and my cousin all different shapes sizes and heights and not a one of us were made to feel bad about anything and they had something that fit all of us we all left there more than satisfied. I truly love the store and I am so glad that they finally have one in Vermont!!! I know where I will be spending most of my money!!

I had the best experience today in this store! I was in search for a bathing suit for our beach day tomorrow! The girl there helped me out from the moment I walked in the door. Sense the dressing rooms are closed due to Covid-19 I went home tried them on and when they did not fit I brought them back the same day and she helped me out again! She is by far the best person I’ve encountered in a Torrid Store! Thank You for making this normally stressful shopping experience (hunting for a bathing suit for a bigger woman) even better!

Everytime I come here with my friend everyone is so helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is so positive. The dressing rooms are currently open which is really nice. Becky was styling my friend and suggesting items she loved! I would definitely recommend this place

This is my happy place. Vicki and the lovely ladies who work here are literally the best. The service is amazing, they'll help you find what you're looking for every time. It's a pretty fantastic wonderland of friendly people and clothes that fit gloriously. Just go you'll love it!!

I love Torrid. The employees are so helpful and cheerful and the selection of clothes is huge. Shopping here is dangerous for ones wallet but it's one of the few stores I can walk out of feeling good about myself.

The best option around for women's plus size (size 10 and up) clothes. The staff is helpful and work well to find the best fit/size for the customer. You can also order online and pickup in the store, which is free shipping!!!

This place always has great clearance deals and the staff has been kind and inquisitive

Friendly service with great clothes! Lots of sales happening often, with fun stylish clothing in a wide range of sizes. Dressing rooms were open, too, which is a rare treat these days.

The clothes are a different than years ago. If you haven't been in there in a few years you should give them a try. Prices are reasonable and the sales associates are extremely helpful. Will be making this a go-to store.
