Best Buy

Found a great monitor to replace my husband's old one with good FPS/size/price, and found a solid keyboard and mouse for myself. The Best Buy staff were very friendly and helpful, and the person checking us out (Josiah, I believe) was hilarious and very personable. Very pleasant and expedient experience.

The staff here at bestbuy know their stuff. I came in to buy headphones, I was curious about the comparison between 2 brands. Staff helped me make an informed decision, and even gave me options that could have saved a little money. In the end, I went with the more expensive set, but it was nice that they were willing to show me my options.

Yes The name is correct.They are the BEST BUY. I was very pleased just entering the store an associate helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was very clean, products were priced clearly and very well organized. The store is very large, and has lots of electronics and buttons and blinking lights,so be prepared to tinker with things. There's a restroom in the back of the store. All the employees that I encountered were knowledgeable and courteous. There is ample parking and handicapped parking,right on the bus line if you're a bus rider. If you need help they have Geek Squad in store to help with all the technology and gadgets. Personally I was there shopping for a boost sim kit, I installed myself at home with the package instructions and prompts from my phone.

I'm visiting Vermont from Puerto Rico for work.. Nice and calm coffee place with good coffee, love it. Chocolates, crafts, etc.. Recommended

Being one of the only electronic stores in Vermont, I've never had any issues here. They always have a wide selection of electronics with great deals, I've purchased everything here from a coffee maker to a treadmill. The staff is always friendly, attentive to my needs and super chill. A great overall shopping atmosphere and experience.

There was a lovely woman there with long grey hair in a pony tail and blue eyes. Who is an excellent sales women if all the employees were half as good as here this place should easily be a five star ⭐ store. I feel bad bc I forgot her name but she was awesome in the kitchen appliances sections we talked to her about as samsung fridge

A standard Best Buy, good breadth of products with tailored customer service. Five stars for the helpful staff – particularly recommend Akeem who is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He really tries to understand the clients needs and recommend the best product for that person, not just the most expensive product.

I usually am one of the people who only leave reviews for bad experiences, however I needed to replace a tv and decided to go to best buy to see them in person and not just rely on the reviews on youtube and i'm glad I did. The 3 sales people at the Williston, VT store were excellent (other than talking me into spending twice as much as I was going to, but i'm not mad about it!). They were all very informative and helpful, answered all my questions, it was one of the best buying experiences I have had recently (and a VERY nice change from the typical customer experience since covid where you can't find anyone to help you, everyone wants a tip, places are closed due to no staff, etc...)! If you're in the market for electronics, I would highly suggest going to this best buy!

Consistently helpful, never condescending, never judgemental toward a somewhat demanding laptop buyer who is not an IT or computer expert. Good product knowledge, without attitude. Got me what I needed at a great price and a payment plan. Patient for all the time it took me to compare available laptops and their prices and specs before making my choice. I am a long long time BestBuy buyer of computers, peripherals, TVs, etc. I use Amazon for a lot of things, but a BestBuy and BestBuy staff like this make a bricks and mortar store a much better option for this type of product. I believe this also reflects a store manager who knows what they are doing.

One of the nicer Best Buy’s I’ve been in recently. Clean with relatively stocked shelves. Helpful customer service team. Bonus star for LoveSac rep onsite.

I was able to get in and out within about 10 minutes while on a road trip. Staff was friendly and helpful and the store was clean and everyone was keeping their distance.

The staff that was there on Tuesday Jan18 was really courteous and helpful. We found what we were looking for. Store was clean.

I needed to return of two items and the return process was very smooth. The teller actually commended me on my repackaging and said it almost looked like I hadn’t opened it ☺

My favorite store but sadly once they stop selling movies in 2024 I will no longer have a reason to shop here.

I like to buy everything I own from best buy because the warranties are great and this store has some good managers.

I've had mixed results during the week. Go on weekends when they are more fully staffed and can offer the best customer service. The Chromebooks can be a great value especially if you catch them on sale or an open box in great condition.

I walked in to price an SSD and walked out with a great impression that got me to apply for a job there. Great environment, very nice and obviously happy employees, and extremely well organized. They sell grills there for some reason, which I personally find entertaining.

I didn't see Dan the Best Buy Witch, but it was still a good visit. My friend was able to find what she needed. The employees that assisted us, were helpful.
