Mizzou Pharmacy-Fairview

I switched through 5 pharmacies in a short period due to a shortage in a new medication my daughter is on. Everyone was out when I tried to get refills. I've been with MIZZOU pharmacy over 6 months now and they haven't once been out when I needed to refill. Being a controlled medication, I cannot simply have the order sent to another pharmacy, but have to call the doctors office to have a new order sent to the new pharmacy each time, then wait. Having a pharmacy that isn't low on the medication has literally been a life changer for our family. Grateful for the friendly staff as well. 🙏❤

This is my go-to pharmacy for filling prescriptions. They are directly connected to the university system so having my UMHC orders filled is quick and hassle free.the staff is courteous and professional, answering all questions easily. Drive-through and a clean lobby is available. The only downside is they are a medicine oriented business without much shelf space for misc items like you'd find at a Walgreens or CVS. I've never had issues with insurance billing and a family member with a different provider also has had no issues. They can text you as scripts are filled and have a fully automated telephone system for renewals. Parking is close and expansive with plenty of handicapped spots near the door.

Called the receptionist to find out why they called me. Everything was going great until the end. I said "Have a wonderful day" and she just hung up. Nice.
