Always loved Rent-A-Center. Would recommend to anyone. Beware some of the delivery men though, they may try to touch your a*s 😩

The staff at rent in Toms River, NJ are exceptional at customer service. Liz, the store manager makes you feel at home and at ease when it comes to making purchase decisions. The delivery drivers are more than helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store location to family and friends.

We have gone to rent a center on Rt 37 in toms river, the entire staff was very helpful. every time we went there. Never any problems. Everyone was friendly and always willing to help. They get exactly what you ask for. Thanks again, Don and Donna Olynyk.

I talked to marie from the toms river store through my whole experience of ordering the couches and she was so awesome ! She went above and beyond to get me the couches i wanted. I would def ask for her if you ever do buisness with them .

I arranged a 3-way rental for my father after he had surgery and needed a power lift recliner for a few weeks. Living out of state and renting for my family in state created added complexity to my order. I was so pleasantly surprised how easy Mike was to work with and was impressed by his patience. He couldn't have been more kind and eager to help; even texted detailed photos of the chair since I couldn't see it in person. The recliner was delivered as promised at the time stated, and served its purpose. On the return end, it was also easy to arrange to have the furniture picked up which will be done this week. I would absolutely recommend this company and am shocked by the other reviews. Not my experience at all!
