I'm a trans man and I can confidently say the staff here are very friendly and accommodating to me. My PCD, Dr. o'Brien has been amazing and respectful to me, helping me with my transition as well as any general health concerns. They are very LGBTQ friendly, listing my preferred name so I don't have to hear or speak my deadname during my visits.
They've been great about scheduling my visits around my work schedule, and everyone has just been very nice.

I have seen a few different providers in the time I've been coming here, and all have been professional and done a great job of answering questions, presenting different options, and listening to my preferences. I have really appreciated their help. I have only had good experiences with all the other staff. Like any primary care nowadays, they seem quite busy, and the Porter electronic health system does seem a little clunky, so I would recommend being proactive and following up on things when you need to. That said, they do always call back when I reach out with questions and their nurses are really helpful.

Dr. Holmes has been my primary physician for the past few years, and I'm very satisfied with the care I receive at Little City. He is professional and courteous, listens well and discusses issues thoroughly, and clinic staff seem to provide as personal and timely a service as they can within the constraints of UVM/Porter's systems (which, admittedly, leave much to be desired from a patient perspective).

Still going there after moving over an hour away, as finding even marginally good health care in Vermont is tough, and good doctors of all types are scarce.

It's nearly fourteen years ago that I first made an appointment at Little City, and during the ensuing years the staff, nurses and docs have been attentive, conscientious, practiced patient-oriented medicine, provided sound diagnosis and treatment plans. The administrative staff members have been gracious and friendly.

Pleasant and helpful staff. I was able to get my first appointment in a timely fashion and I found Dr. Kaufman to be attentive and engaged. Glad they had room for a new patient.

As far as places go, I guess it's all what is available in a small town. It is what it is, that said they should really do something about the care of the staff. Get some people in there that actually care, I was having major issue with sinusitus. And the nurse said to get over it, it's going around! Another visit I was having some reall issues with my knees and back pain, Dr Tim perscibed me meds that hurt my stomach, after telling him these kinds of NSAIDS tear my stomach up. Bottom line, people are cattle at Little City, I am going to another place that I feel treats me like a human.

Since they joined UVM/Porter, scheduling an appointment now takes about a month. I've been a patient of theirs for about 13 years and I'm finally fed up with having to wait.

Worst dr office I’ve ever dealt with. Several times I have called to get my prescription refilled and will have to call back 2 or 3 times before they finally do it. After I have already ran out several days before. The pharmacy has even contacted them for me after they failed to send in the refill and they still get around to it when they feel like.

Be careful, don't sign any contracts with Jen Kaufmann. She will wait intil 2 days after your contract is up, then call back and tell you that she will no longer even fill your tramadol so you should go get on suboxin. This may not seem like a big deal, but for some one who is actually in pain, has had 6 back surgeries, and does not do street drugs, suboxin is NOT the answer

Worst place ever … they delayed coming in because of a storm appoint was at 9:15 they didn’t open til 10:00 . No phone call to let anyone know . But they did call the day before to confirm the appointment . Refused to see and wanted to reschedule into June . Be the last time . I give it -10 stars

This office lost a great doctor to a transfer and is unaccomodating to this former patient during the stay at home order.
