Excellent service! Mr. Beattie was knowledgeable, efficient and patient, affording us the time we needed. Even short-staffed, he kept an eye on the other customers to ensure that no one was neglected.

I stopped into the St.Johnsbury wirelesszone and was greeted buy Christopher. Having never had a smart phone before he was extrenely paitent and went over so many options. In the end he helped me make a wise decision and got me into the Galaxy s23. With Verizon's great promos it was a great deal. I highly recomend this store and Cbristopher.

Chris was a rock star. He stayed an hour past closing to ensure that my new phone and watch were working correctly. He answered all my questions and explained my new plan. Would def recommend him and plan to share my experience.

I had issues with my service after getting a new phone and I was taken care of by Chris Beattie. Everything is fixed and I am so happy that it was so fast and easy!!! Chris also informed me of a promo I had for a free Samsung watch and I literally walked out of there with it. In addition, I brought my sons phone in with a screen protector issue and he fixed that and we walked out with it absolutely perfect!! 💯 satisfied!!!

I damaged my phone beyond repair, so I went in to see what they could do for me. Chris Beattie was busy with multiple customers due to lack of staffing. However, he was still willing and able to minimize my wait time by talking with me, while working on the other customers' phones. They left with smiles on their face as did I. He was able to get my phone to limp by for a couple extra days while we waited for my new phone to come in, and then transferred everything over.
Chris is a great asset to the St Johnsbury Verizon store with his great personality & ability to work with multiple customers! Thanks again for your help and promptness in getting me my new phone!

Stopped in with some minor phone issues, Chris discovered that I had a great promotion to get into a new phone and iPad. He took care of everything and setup my new phone perfectly. Thanks for all you do.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service. First, when I phoned, the Verizon representative was courteous and guided me. Next, the in store service, provided by Verizon Rep Millinda, was efficient and personalized. I left the store knowing I could reach back to her, or any representative, at this St Johnsbury Verizon store. My phone was working and I was able to purchase protective case and screen protector! Millinda knee what I needed, knew specifically what her branch had for my phone, and advised, but did not pressure, me. Kathy Faulkner

Heh, I hate Verizon but these folks make it bearable! Got new phones here for me and my better half, and the team here made it not so bad. Verizon has the best coverage where we need it and the Zone team is always friendly and helpful. Makes up for having to deal with perhaps the least customer oriented cell network in the US.

So helpful and efficient. Chris took a stressful situation and made it into a great experience. Great service!

Great people to deal with

Went here to get the new Pixel 3XL. I've had upgrade process issues at other storrs, but not here. Staff were awesome.

Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Made our upgrade seamless and fast. Definitely recommend to visit for any Verizon service need.
