My wife and I had a fantastic experience buying our "new to us" 2021 Chevy Traverse here. I found the car online and called. I initially talked to the Sales Manager Rob Jackson. He was super nice and invited me to come over to see the car. My wife, 6 year old Grandson and I went right over. Rob met us at the door and passed us off to one of his sales people, Client Advisor William Rogers to drive the car. He was also great - no pressure, just the right amount of sales pitch. Bottom line, we quickly settled on a price and finished the paperwork with the Financial Manager Eric Michel. Everyone treated us great and made it one of our best car buying experiences ever. The whole process only took a couple of hours, and they even threw in a toy matchbox Land Rover for my grandson at no charge.

My husband is a car dealer at a different dealership in town. I’m currently driving a used Jag, which is amazing. On my way to pick up my son from training my low coolant light came on. I was eight across from the Jaguar dealership, so I thought I’d pull in to see if they could help. I was greeted by Jenna, where she offered to top it off and check for a leak. Customer service out of this world!! We sat inside the lounge area while she checked it out. She came back and said she topped it off and didn’t see any sign of coolant leaking. She then offered to wash it for me. I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you Jenna!!

We just bought our second car from Plaza Jaguar and I absolutely love the service they give. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and willing to make you at ease about your purchase. Our sales person Dominique was great, no matter how many questions we had she made sure she answered them all. The manager Alvin was also very helpful and attentive with our purchase. Rich in finance made the paperwork easy and quick.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a Lexus RC F from Plaza Jaguar. I found their listing online and worked with client advisor Kris Spector from start to finish. Since I'm 1,800 miles away in California and was buying the car without seeing it in person, the process was more involved than just walking in, picking out a car, signing paperwork, and leaving with the car. I was actually quite nervous about it all. But Kris helped me with everything from getting me detailed photos/videos of the car to assisting with my third-party pre-purchase inspection and shipping. He was attentive, courteous, and patient. When the car arrived, everything was in order and I didn't have a single complaint. In fact, I am in love with my new (used) car! I would not hesitate to deal with Plaza and Kris again! Kudos also to business manager Rich Grzyb and general manager Gary Hahn, who were both instrumental in helping to finalize the deal!

I recently purchased a 2015 jaguar from them. After leaving with the vehicle I had a couple thing that had went wrong with it. I was very impressed and pleased with how they handled it. I gave my salesman Akbar Mohabbat a call and with in minutes he was calling me back and letting me no how they were going to handle it. Immediately after dropping car back off jason was texting me letting me no what was going on and asking if I had any questions. When I picked the vehicle up Danny Bradley the service manager just went above and beyond to make sure I was informed on the problem they repaired and made sure I had his card if I needed anything else or questions. I'm almost 50 years old and this was definitely the best car buying experience iv ever had. Thank you

Hands down THE BEST car buying experience I've ever had or imagined having! After a nightmare with Carvana (three "transportation delays", no communication, poor customer service) I found the car of my dreams on the Plaza Jaguar STL website. While looking at the car, I noticed a button that said "BUY ONLINE" which took me to an interface called ClickLane. I clicked it and found that it allows you to literally 100% do EVERYTHING in the car buying process FROM YOUR PHONE! I traded in my old car (got much more for it than Carvana offered as well!), chose my own financing, filled out all my information and scheduled exactly when I wanted to pick it up here in STL right by my house (delivery was also an option). The next day when I arrived at the dealership, my chosen car greeted me as soon as I pulled in the lot--was washed and detailed and shining beautifully just waiting for me! I was met by Jeremy at the front desk and I had an awesome time working with him! All of the staff were friendly, fun and outgoing yet very professional and I felt like I was just there to have a good time--literally ZERO pressure. Since I had done everything already through ClickLane on the Plaza website, all I had to do was sign the documents and soon the keys to my new car were in my hand and I was on my way. They also offer the 7-day return period as well through ClickLane. Absolutely cannot speak highly enough about how awesome and easy Plaza made this purchase for me and of course I HIGHLY recommend them!

I just got a new I-Pace from Plaza Jaguar. Kris Spector, the EV specialist and my sales consultant was AMAZING! His knowledge of the vehicle and its capabilities was incredibly detailed. That, combined with his straightforward approach to selling and his genuine demeanor, made this purchase one of the easiest I have made. Saw the vehicles we wanted to look at online, and one of them was at Plaza Audi…started there but really wanted to try a few at Jag as well. Ben, our sales associate, was able to go between all the dealerships so he took us down to Jag next. We found 2 Jaguars that were exactly what we were wanting and were able to trade in 2 cars in the same day. Process was very easy. Rob and Kris were ridiculously knowledgeable about EV and helped us make all the numbers work.

When they went to detail the car we bought, a crack happened in the windshield. They immediately let us know they were ordering one and taking care of the issue as quickly as they could get it in stock.

Customer service here is incredible. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle with an easy car buying experience.

Excellent customer service ensured I was satisfied and my car was taken care of, been going there for a while but, I must say he is the first person that took out time to communicate with me on all aspects of my car and what was being done. Kenny was very professional and had a great personality. Kenny provided you with safety and a comfortable feeling while he provided transportation services. I had a fantastic experience buying a certified used Subaru Outback from the team at Plaza Jaguar & Land Rover. Will Rogers was a great agent, providing me with any information I requested about the car and making the paperwork process as painless as possible. Kris, in financing, was extremely helpful too, quickly and expertly getting me the best APR I had heard from multiple sources and setting up my loan with ease. I'm hoping to drive this car into the dirt, but should I need to buy again, I'd go back to Plaza Jag and Land Rover, no question.
