Came in and was greeted with Jessee Miller.. extremely profession and helpful for my personal situation. I came back 3 days later and the entire staff impressed me. Treated me well, got an amazing price and the dealership experience was outstanding. 5 stars is a understatement

I visited Napleton Hyundai after having the worst car dealership experience of my life at dean team. In contrast Napleton was a dream. I had been in a car accident and was looking to get a new Kona limited. When I arrived Nikki (Kiante) was my sales person. She was very kind, not pushy, and took notes on what was important to me. Even though Napleton didn’t have the color and trim combo of the Kona I wanted they were able to find one and get it there in just a couple days. Mark the sales manager had called me before my initial visit and listened to my concerns and issues with other dealerships and assured me they would make sure I had a good experience. NAPLETON WAS GREAT! Nikki sent me updates on when they got my Kona in and kept in contact as I waited for repairs on my trade in. Andy from financing was also polite and helpful. The process was really easy. I also can’t forget to give Thomas a shout out. He went above and beyond to make sure my Kona was ready and clean as it had some sticker residue on it. Nikki, Thomas, Mark, Andy and the entire team is incredible. This was THE BEST experience i’ve had when buying a car and the new 2024 kona is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great car, great sales experience. I'm not a frequent car buyer, and I'm not an experienced negotiator. But I feel I got a great deal on a new Ioniq thanks in part to Andrew's knowledge about the car, his patience working with customers and his overall experience in the business. Jessie Miller is wonderful. He listened to what I wanted and found a vehicle that exceeded my expectations. He let me test drive three vehicles and was very patient as he explained all the features and differences between each one. Jessie Miller was super helpful from start to finish. Andrew was very nice and offered my son some snacks (2.5 hour drive up) was a little cranky from driving to the dealership early this morning. They disclosed and explained everything we needed clarification on and made sure the tank was full of fuel although they could've just left it on half tank. Thank you guys again!

Excellent service and surprisingly accommodating, especially thanks to Jessie! I had a situation in which I needed to have maintenance done on my car shortly after I got it and they swapped it while I was at work and gave me a loaner vehicle to go pick up my own.
