I needed to buy another car, so I went back to Napleton Nissan. My car buying experience was as good as the previous experience.

I needed service today. Danny and the techs were great. They helped me with the issue I was having.

I’ve had Anthony W. as my advisor for my past three visits. He’s always nice and informative and helpful. My most recent visit I dropped my vehicle off for an express service with no appointment and got it back by the end of day. They even serviced a recall that I didn’t even get the letter about yet. Love bringing my car here for service.

Was actually about to walk in and buy from someone else when I received a call from these guys with a much better offer.
And my sales guy was fantastic. Went over and above on everything to get me the car I wanted, even helped with some things after the sale.

I came in today and was greeted by a very nice salesperson. They let me test drive a 2024 Sentra to replace my totalled vehicle, and while I may not have walked out with a deal, their team was very nice and eager to make a deal. I wish them the best!

Purchased my brand new 2023 from such an amazing team! Gabe was phenomenal & made the experience feel as if I was building my dream car!! My husband bought his 2022 Nissan Frontier from a different dealer in July, however experienced poor customer service after the purchase was complete and continued to have concerns on a couple warranty items as well as a dent he was informed could not be fixed. He brought his vehicle to Napleton last week and the service manager went above and beyond to help address the warranty items but was able to have the dent fixed! He was very pleased with the customer service with your service department and plans on using Napleton for his future service needs! He was unable to catch the managers name but wanted to be sure he knew how much his help was appreciated. Thank you!

I just bought a brand new Rogue from Napleton Nissan. I love the low interest rate! My salesman, Adam, was very helpful and nice. David Evans, GM, came out and introduced himself, and he sat down with me to go over additional details of the Rogue. Very informative!
An overall fantastic experience!

My sales person Josh Franklin went over & above to make me feel comfortable during the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the products & at one point offered to drive me to St. Peter’s to see a car I thought I was interested in. I appreciated his genuine concern and care he showed me.

Mark C at Napelton took the initiative and got my concerns and questions answered. Mark is a great sales associate and should be a sales manager! He knows how to talk with customers and did a great job. Even after a new to the location manager hung up on me. I asked for the break down update and was completely ignored. Until Mark got the information. Thank you Mark!

Scotch was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also gave me an accurate timeframe as I waited for the service to be completed. He also did a great job at answering any questions I had.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and professional. The dealership was super clean and inviting and didn’t feel stiff and cold. If anyone passed by me they asked if anyone was already helping me.

Finance did a great job in trying to get me the best rates possible. I definitely felt like I got VIP service.
