I believe theres negative trolls in our area, I am dismissing these negative reviews.
Firehouse sub has flavor, community and satisfies my tastebuds!
It’s unfortunate reviewers are quick to give poor cyber ratings without personally expressing their needs they need met. Where is the higher road these days? Sheesh! I have seen younger employees and thank you Firehouse subs for taking a chance on the next generation and building skills-set, you’re admirable for that!
Please don’t order if you’re focused on criticizing before just ordering for its satisfying flavors that Sub way cannot match (I said what I said).
Be gentle with comes out of your reviews before you’re the one making sandwiches for entitled customers such as yourself! I choose to be positive, and this location has the right people doing their best to satisfy customers, maybe be the customer that is worth going to work for??? Anyway, I’ll be going again, these people were patient with my toddlers running around, corrected as attentively as they could my order and I not only appreciate the service, also the team-work I noticed with these young folks!

Everytime we have gone here we've had a great experience. The workers are very friendly and have quick service, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the store is clean and well put together. They have a coke freestyle, a good chip selection, and fresh cookies. It's also in a pretty convenient location and is easy to get to. No problems with parking space.

We loved our sandwiches here. My wife is pretty picky when it comes to sandwiches, but she genuinely loved hers and wanted to go back again a few days later. Which, we did.
The staff was also friendly and courteous. Highly recommend firehouse subs.

Meatball sub. Always a goodie. Just need em to have lime wedges for the limeade by the drink bar and the wall of hot sauces

We got takeout on a Saturday afternoon. Right as we got there, our order was ready to go.

The food was absolutely wonderful and they got the sandwich customizations correct. I had the Engineer w/o onion. If you are a mushroom lover, go with this sandwich.

By far, this is one of the best sandwiches joints I’ve been to. I highly recommend that you try them out.

We just finished a workout at Planet Fitness and we were hungry. We crossed the parking lot to Firehouse Subs and got a couple of sandwiches. My wife got the Cajun chicken and I got the steak and cheese. Both sandwiches were delicious. They were prepared promptly. Definitely recommend Firehouse Subs.

New girl messed up my sandwhich. They replaced promptly, and without attitude. It was very much appreciated. I didnt get the managers name. But she deserves a raise. We will return to this store.

Love coming to firehouse and having excellent service and a beautifully made sandwich. I’ve gone to the sandy and millcreek locations more in the past and this has been a way better experience. Keep up the great work!

I always have a really difficult time choosing between the brisket and turkey bacon ranch. Both are great options alongside many other really good sandwich options, so you can’t really go wrong here!

The food was great, just we ordered. The people were very friendly and made a person feel welcome. The place was very clean and nice. We will come back again when we are in town. We are from Arizona so we don’t get there often but will again in the future.

Nicole was amazing, went above and beyond with her service. Employees like the ones here combined with yummy food, makes it a way more enjoyable experience! Thank you!

These guys are super busy every time I go in, but have never had an issue. They try to get sandwiches out as fast as they can but, they process a lot of online orders. Great sandwiches and very friendly staff.

Definitely one of my favorite sandwich shops. Services usually subpar teenagers that don't seem to care. Not very friendly, but still want a tip.

I made an order online. And I had a special request that the website was not allowing me to do. Evelyn (I hope I'm spelling that correct) was very helpful when I called & accommodated my request with no problem. Props to her. Employees that go above and beyond like her deserve a raise. Just thought I should mention that 🙂👍

Recommended to by a friend. The food here tastes really good, it costs more than a place like subway. But it also tastes better. So it's a good deal for what you pay. As an added bonus part of the proceeds from every sandwich bought go to the municipal department. Hence the reference in their name "firehouse".

Solid work! Clean location, friendly staff, and great subs. Meatball sub was as advertised....

Update (5/19/2018): Just tried the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sandwich with Cole Slaw (I'm not sure if Cole Slaw is limited time), but the sandwich was a game changer!! It was absolutely amazing! I will definitely get it again if it's available!

Firehouse Subs is my favorite sub sandwich place! I wish I had known about this place sooner. They are more expensive than Subway, but superior taste and quality (in my opinion). They even give you a pickle spear with each sandwich combo too! The Italian sub is my absolute favorite and the best Italian sandwich I've had at sandwich shops. One other nice thing is that kids get a free meal with each adult entree ordered.

This place has made me say goodbye to the subway chain. They don't skimp out on your meat and quality. Only sandwich I didn't care for was the spicy meatball. Some people may like it but it just wasn't for me. Not enough of an issue to rate any less than five stars because the other sandwiches more than make up for it.

Philly cheese steak heaven. Hands down best sandwiches. I recently tried subway again, after a 2 year hiatus, and regretted not spending my money here instead. I don't mind the time it takes to prepare the sandwiches. As long as the food is fresh and the staff friendly? I am content.
