You literally saved me from starving by saving me the last Black and Decker Buffet Range hot plate last weekend. (It is tough to go without a regular cook stove!!) You also had just the right supplies I needed today. Thanks very much!

Over the weekend I went in to the best Aubuchon hardware store ever.
I had been searching for a new rocking camp chair for multiple weeks. I Found a similar model and ordered it online. 45 minutes later I went to the store to pick it up.
Upon arrival at the store I noticed that they had in-stock a different model that I had wanted.
Hillary was able to help me make the exchange for the order I had already paid for online.
When it came time to buy the chairs that I really wanted it was a little more difficult. As I had used a coupon and a store reward certificate. That would need a managers intervention.
I sat down to wait patiently at the paint sample table as the store was very very busy. I was amazed at how genuinely nice and helpful the employees were to every single customer.
Hillary apologize for the wait. I mentioned that it was my birthday. Dash, Daniel, Jessie and Michelle all wished me Happy Birthday and were so very kind and friendly. So to make a long story short, I got the exact chairs I have been searching for all summer. I Hung around at the hardware store for about 20 minutes with a GREAT team!

Aubuchon is where I go to get everything related to house, home, and maintenance. Not only do they have a great selection, the staff is friendly, knowledgable and ready to help.

Love our local Aubuchon in StJ, and that we can even just walk over when we need something small. They have a lovely and interesting plant selection during the growing season, I always find something new and suitable for our region!

Love this store! Best customer service and selection. Every time I need help selecting the best product among the many they carry or finding a product, there is always a friendly and knowledgable sales person ready to help.

My husband and I stopped in to pick up some bird food and then we took a peek at the weed trimmers. Kevin immediately came over to ask if we had any questions or needed any help He was so knowledgeable, friendly and truly passionate about sharing this knowledge. Because of Kevin, we walked out with a Stihl trimmer. He took the time to explain the different models and made sure we were comfortable operating the one we selected. This young man provided old school customer service which, we all know, has become practically obsolete. Thank you, Kevin, we appreciate all your help.
