Just got in the car service heading back from another amazing vacation put together by Donna. As soon as we walked in we were immediately pulled and taken to our room by the manager where he told every worker they get what they want while here and ensured we were happy the whole time. At the welcome back dinner he had us right up front and joined us for dinner that night. I text Donna while there saying we are booking again before we leave and she ensured she was available to assist us so that we got the best possible rates. The 2 other couples we met that booked as well to go back laughed and said we need your travel agent bc you guys were treated like Royalty. I will recommend her over and over again without a doubt.

Booked our honeymoon through Stepping Out Travels. Donna did an amazing job putting together a beautiful itinerary for our dream vacation in Greece. She was extremely communicative and patient throughout the planning process and did her absolute best to plan the perfect trip for us tailored to our wants and needs. From the hotels, excursions, pre-booked transportation and everything in between I cannot say enough good things. Every hotel we stayed at was absolutely beautiful, with amazing staff and all in prime locations making it very easy to get around. Everything was so smooth, we literally did not have to think or put anything together while over there and due to our jam packed itinerary this is saying a lot!! I can’t recommend this agency enough, I will 100% be using them again in the future for vacations and will be recommending Donna to all of my family and friends. Live life and travel with stepping out!

Whoever goes through this company they’re insane. Complete attitudes and very unprofessional. All I asked through voicemail is if I could pick up the business cards and she wasn’t clear on her text message so I wasn’t sure if she’s putting them in the mailbox for me to pick up or she was sending them in the mail to me. I also called her yesterday to ask if she could handle my contract because her daughter seemed to busy and I really liked Donna at first but then her true self came out over the phone with her tone of voice and talking down on me like I was a child. I called my mother to let her know she’s like ahh let it go maybe she’s having a bad day then today through text she had another chip. I tried to let the attitude slide but then she rubbed me the wrong way again this morning. Donna the owner had a complete attitude over the phone with the way she spoke to me and through text and email I will be reporting her COMPANY! I don’t care if you don’t want to handle my contract there’s other companies out there. You needed to be told you had an attitude. Everyone deserves respect just remember that as you get an attitude with someone. I’m a customer your company thrives off of us ppl so remember RESPECT GOES ALONG WAY. You want it you need to give it too. I will be calling my resort right now to let them know about how you conduct business and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau!!!
