Al Toro Bar Restaurant

This place is great. My partner and I stopped in on a gray Wednesday for dinner and we were seated very quickly. Had some delicious chips and salsa, then shared the veggie fajitas and chicken quesadilla. Ended with delicious churros and ice cream, although I think my favorite thing was the juices! My partner got a mango juice and I got the passion fruit and it was excellent

One of the best steaks I have ever had at a restaurant. Get the New York steak. it is a New York strip and by far the best steak around town in my opinion. Wait, it's not just steak. Their menu looks amazing!! When I was there the menu was tablet based and when you click on some item it takes you to a video that shows you how they cook it. Great food, good kids menu, BYO tequila and they make you a great Margarita. Shall I say more? You, your friends, your family have to absolutely give this place a chance.

Our first time at this restaurant the ambiance, the Music & food was AMAZING!! Make sure you ask for Pina Coladas because they were amazing as well we will definitely be back for another go round at this restaurant!!

I really enjoy the food and ambient. The owners are super cool. I love their Taco Tuesday deal which is the picture I posted.

This place is no joke, the amount of heart you taste in their food & in their service is so rare now a days! We looked at reviews of similar restaurants in the area and figured to try this place out knowing the others are kinda mediocre - it was beyond worth it!

Started off with the chicken flautas - amazing, fried perfectly, stuffed & sauces were great.

Had steak, carnitas & shrimp tacos - ALL SO AMAZING & the sauces they give with it!

Tres leche is the most homemade & warm dessert we've had at a restaurant.

& maybe better than the food was the service, so friendly but yet so respectful & kind. They also had live music which was a great mix of Spanish music, at a great & entertaining volume. Will definitely be back & hope they're around for long time!

Visited for the first time last night and we loved it. Great atmosphere, great food and even better drinks. We got red sangria and a margarita and both were delicious. The salsa Verde and their hot sauce is also very delicious. Maria was so sweet and attentive. See you soon! ♥

Visited on weekend about their closing time. They had everything and served it real quick. Food is delicious. We had the Yuca fries, with the avocado chilli sauce they were really good. They had a live music going on which was a treat. The only downside is their close time they could extend longer May be on weekends. It’s a nice place to sit and enjoy food.

Great service by the waitresses! Wish they did have liquor but think their license should be coming in soon. The look, ambiance and dishes were yummy and not huge portions, which works great! Definitely need to go there cause there is a bit of it all! I went there to celebrate my mom so obviously she's in a lot of pictures 😆❤❤❤

If you are hungry for Mexican food… This is the place!

I write Google map reviews and have written quite a few different restaurants.

As I've mentioned, before, I am a corporate, Pilot and I find myself and all kinds of different areas of the country with different restaurants.

So Al Toro Restaurant, had 4 1/2 stars and I thought to myself this is the place I want to try. I've never heard anything of it before and it's very close to the Teterboro airport and our hotel for this evening.

Wow! It was delicious. I'm sorry I didn't take any photographs of my actual dish because I was hungry lol and we more or less dove in!!!

From the pictures, you can see already posted. I will vouch for them because that's exactly how the food looks. My dinner was no different.

I went ahead with the chicken and shrimp fajitas, and they don't taste like the fajitas he would get say from the big restaurants like On The Border etc.

These fajitas really had a unique taste.

And that's how we found out that it's Peruvian food because our server/house manager had let us in on the secret that they have a Peruvian flare.

But hurry on over to this place, because it's very good. You will not be disappointed I promise!

We also had their queso dip with hand, made guacamole dip, which was out of this world. It's everything you will hope it will be.

On the queso dip, they put sausage in hours per my request it was offered on the menu. And hit really had a unique taste. It was good I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Saw after having way too much to eat. I had enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow, which are happily tucked away in my fridge raider at my hotel!!

So if you're hungry for Mexican food with a Peruvian twist to it, this is your place get on over there and feast out!!!

My colleague and I ate here the other day. Great atmosphere, depicting the finest of Mexican history and culture. Be sure to get David to take care of you, he did a stellar job with suggesting and pairing food items. Los tacos de chorizo con limón with a side of freshly chopped jalapeño (for those that dare) and los tacos de birria were phenomenal. Highly recommend.

Al Toro Bar Restaurant I did see you guys! It’s was a 8/10 ( my bf drink got messed up , his margarita on rocks didn’t have any liquor in it)! Loved the ambiance, loved the food ( chicken tacos and guac&chips) passionfruit frozen margaritas were delish! David the server was great! We’ll definitely be back all the way from Brooklyn NY …

The food at Al Toro is really delicious! I had steak Nachos which tasted really good. It had a good amount of steak, cheesy, with jalapeños, and everything else in it. For the main course I ordered steak tacos, it’s 4 per order. These were so good, as it had cilantro and onions along with small cut pieces of steak. The steak is really juicy and flavorful. Horchata drink and agua de Jamaica drinks were delicious too. All in all, it’s a great place for Mexican food and the prices are fair. Service was excellent too.

My best friend and I stopped for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. I started with the Horchata and can I just say it was the best one I've had. It was absolutely delicious. We started with cheese nachos. Just scrumptious. My friend ordered the chimichanga and she absolutely loved it. I got the tostadas carnitas that was delicious. We both looking forward to coming back for many more meals.
