ZOCA Mexican Restaurant - Bethany Beach

Excellent food and service!! Great ambiance!! Ordered the mahi mahi tacos, and the sampler of queso, guacamole 🥑 and salsa. Our server set us up with a flight of tequila and was very knowledgeable! My friend got the brussel sprouts salad 🥗

Stopped by on July 4th and immediately was seated at an outdoor table. Very friendly service from Gabby and everyone enjoyed their meals. Vegan vegetable tacos for me and the chips and salsa were great

Well....went again as i said....and it was just as good....i now have a place i want to go when we come back next year!!!
Never have I said, "Let's go for Mexican at the beach"....or "One night, we need to go to ZOCA, cause I want Mexican food on vacation".... cause in my opinion its like going to Alaska for a salad......but....I stand corrected!!!! I was amazed how good this place was...to the point that I want it again before I leave and will now make this a stop going forward for us in the future.
Expectation was it would be good...but not....omg, you need to try this guys, here take a piece.....Everything was enjoyed by all 10 of us and we tried each other's to validate if maybe I was just in a great mood being on vacation.
I felt that I found a place comparable to back home and that's a HUGE FIND for me.

Simple atmosphere but outstanding food and service. Went on Taco Tuesday for lunch and went back for dinner. Super value! Totally enjoyed my experience at ZOCA.

Went during happy hour..the margaritas are very good! We loved the inside of the restaurant very cozy and nicely decorated and clean. Great food, loved the street corn and the seafood paella was fresh and delicious. Our waiter was very attentive.

The place has shockingly good tacos and margaritas. Highly recommend the mahi mahi taco and the sonora margarita. Those were both highlights. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Skip the salsa. Definitely make it there for taco tuesday where you can mix and match tacos.

Great location walking distance from the board walk and beach. Service was quick staff was friendly, food was great. Looking forward to visiting again and coming back to eat here.

We were out and about exploring our new state having moved here 2 months ago. We took a drive to explore the beaches and found ourselves at Bethany beach. We walked the boardwalk a waysand stumbled upon this restaurant. The amazing smells from outside drew us in. From the minute we walked in we were greeted as if they knew us even though this was our first visit. Our waiter (Raul) was WONDERFUL!! He always was there asking our needs...filling our water...just perfect. The food was delicious and abundant!! We were totally happy AND full. Raul suggested the house margarita and it was one of the best I have ever had!! We will return!! Thanks!!

Second time going to Zoca, the food has been really good both times. We had chicken fajitas and chimichango in a mole sauce. Server was great and was able to answer any questions we had. Margarita was delicious as well.

Zoca might have the best hh in Bethany. The problem is that it is always packed in the summer but if you can make it in April and May I recommend the nachos and tacos at the bar. Great beer wine and margarita specials from 2 to 5!

Good drinks and good food. What more could you want in a local restaurant?! Oh, and great staff too.

We had an excellent meal at Zoca! The Granadas Margarita was delicious. We also had the queso and chorizo-yummmm. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos and my friends had the mole enchiladas and the pork quesadilla, both excellent. Our server Alex was beyond helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place!

Love the Street Corn Nachos. Rita’s are very good. Happy hour here is fun and lively! We have gone here whenever we are in Bethany. Always very good service.

I don't place many reviews, but this restaurant is deserving of the highest reviews of their food. My family of 6 just ate there and everyone was happy. From their super flavorful shrimp to their excellent steak, we loved it all!

I wanted to thank the server we had 2 nights ago, my husband and I are vegan and our son has a ton of food allergies. Our server was so accommodating and kind to our needs. Everything was delicious and the staff was incredible & friendly.

Amazing food and a great environment. Our server Julia was attentive and welcoming. The pork is spectacular and the guacamole is a must. Definitely recommend if you are in Bethany Beach looking for a place to eat out!

We have had the absolute pleasure of dining at Zoca several times, but I wanted to share how wonderful our recent experiences have been. My husband and I enjoyed 2 of their recent Tequila Pairing dinners. On both occasions, not only was the food amazing and authentic, but the personal experiences with the Bar Manager, Kelly, and the Chef, Chef Dani made these some of the best evenings out that I can remember. Their knowledge of food and beverage is outstanding and the ingredients for all were above and beyond what one would expect to find in an off season beach town restaurant. We are very excited that Chef Dani and his family are opening a new restaurant soon - Harvest Tide Steakhouse, and that it will be right in Bethany so we will be able to enjoy it! I highly recommend this restaurant - you will not be disappointed.

My favorite part of a Mexican restaurant is the chips and salsa, this place does not provide that but you can purchase it which came with Salsa, Guac, and queso I believe. That was the only bummer. It was a very nice place, staff was great, very clean and the food was very good. I had the Street Corn Nachos with steak added. They were so good but I couldn't finish them because it was so much. Everything was very fresh. The seasonal sangria was also really good. The prices were on the higher end but it's a upscaled place with higher quality food, so worth it. On this day my Nachos were $12 but that was without meat. I added steak for another $12 making it $24. Worth it though for the amount I got. If you go to Bethany Beach, highly recommend this place.

We weren't sure what to expect but found this place to be fantastic! Great food and drinks! Very fresh- all the food and the margaritas were freshly made with quality ingredients. The drinks were stronger than you'd expect. We had the pomegranate margaritas. We went on taco tuesday and I could barely finish my 3 tacos! Charles was our server and went out of his way to accommodate our requests and gave prompt and friendly service. We'll definitely be back.
