Ponzetti's Pizza

Great place with tons of history. Wasn’t what I expected in the best way possible. Found this place on the one bite app. Food was ready on time and check out was fast and friendly. Recommend for a fast family meal. Wings were A++. Pizza was a good bar pie. Sweet and crispy. Fries were good but I like mine with a little more crunch. Over all a 5 star.

Order it to go and had a beer while we were waiting and it was a pretty cool place the service was fantastic the pizza was really good

The pizza is excellent. On our second trip, the calzone and spaghetti were great. The restaurant was busy, likely because the food is so good, but the server did a good job of helping everyone. Many locals go there. Relaxing atmosphere with reasonable prices. We will go back. I did not like an earlier reviewer who stated, "I don't recommend this place to nobody". I recommend this restaurant to everybody.

I was down Ocean City for work.
Craving pizza, so I did what we all would do.
Jump on Google and typed in "pizza near me"
Mostly every place was closed.
Almost gave up.
Until I noticed a place called Ponzettis was open.
Not only were they open, but it said open until 2am!
Saw good reviews online and had to check it out myself.
Boy, am I glad I did.
What a cool spot!
Right on the main drag!
Easy to find.
Carry out, dine in, sit down at the bar.
They do it all.
I walked in, and the atmosphere was vibrant.
Very cool art and signage on the wall.
Packed with friendly faces.
I knew this was a nice little spot.
Approached the counter told them it was my first time here,
The bartender was courteous and friendly!
I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños.
Had a cold beer while I waited and checked out some things.
Noticed they do a late night happy hour 12-2 with great deals on beer and shots.
The pizza was well priced especially for being down the beach.
The bar and dining room were separated very nicely for customers to enjoy themselves separately.
You could go out with friends to drink and party at the bar,
Or you could take the family and sit down and have a nice dining experience.
I was VERY impressed with the whole experience.
It left me wanting more.
I told myself man I gotta come back here.
Even with the bar being packed with people.
Even with multiple people picking up orders.
Even with people dining on the other side,
My pizza came out timely!
Faster then I tonight it would be honestly.
Hot and fresh!
Great crisp on the crust.
Barely any flop.
Plentiful with pepperoni and jalapeños.
And tasted delicious!
I was thinking, man, this place seems fun and I will be back!
If your in ocean city looking for a slice.
Leave grottos alone.
Come get something more original!!!
Something more REAL!!!

We were visiting Ocean City Maryland and we're looking for the best pizza and Ponzetti's kept coming up and they did not disappoint. We got it to go and brought it back to our hotel room the pizza was absolutely delicious. The bartender was very friendly while I waited a couple of minutes for my pizza to be ready. We got a cheese pizza and a steak and cheese type of pizza and they are both amazing. I would highly recommend Ponzetti's for great pizza. It'll be our first choice when we come back to Ocean City

Great food! Exactly what you want from a pizza joint, the pizza was delicious and potato skins on point. Definitely recommend!

This is the best pizza we have had since buying a home nearby. We have had many others in the area and always come back. See you next trip.

Only ordered carry out from here. Cannot comment on the service. The food from the carry out was very good. We ordered two pizzas, and a cheese steak. Everything was so incredible, it was awesome. I loved everything about the food. Tasty, not too expensive, and the food was right on time. We devoured it, like it was our only meal in a long time. I will be ordering here many many more times the next few years.

What a gem of a restaurant bar experience on a busy Friday night. Outstanding delicious food & quality service. We had the lasagna & an Italian cold cut sub with chips. I got a taste of a fantastic white pizza. That's next on my order.

Best pizza at the beach! Tried the tomato pie and classic pepperoni - both were awesome. Good selection of craft beers to pair with hour pie;)

Ponzetti's is a very nice pizza place and bar in north Ocean City very close to the Delaware line. It's clean and neat. They respect COVID-19 precautions, and the food is delicious.

Ordered carry out & enjoyed a cocktail while we waited. Food is ALWAYS amazing & service top notch. Highly recommended.

Delicious pizza! They have a great cheese to sauce ratio. The presentation with the swirl of sauce is a nice touch too! We love going to Ponzetti’s!

We got there a little early before the dining room was open. We sat in the bar section in a booth which was great. Our waiter was fantastic. My daughter was so amazed that he took our food and drink order without writing anything down. He remembered every appetizer, 2 different pizza orders with numerous different toppings on each pizza and 3 different drink orders.

The bar tender welcomes you when you open the door! The pizza was perfectly wood grilled, crispy and chewy. The pepperoni is the good stuff. The building wasn't fancy but it was very cozy with dark wood finishing.

A friend and I came to Ocean City for a work conference this weekend. We arrived late and were looking for a dining establishment that was open late. We found Ponzetti’s by chance and we are so glad we did. Good food, great service and you kind of feel like you have been there before. I highly recommend Ponzetti’s for a good time and a good meal!

BTW- they have this wall of vintage beer cans, and I actually found one (Utica Club) from my hometown UTICA NY! We have our own brewery in Utica.

Pizza was good and wings were fantastic, got the Buffalo wings, ask for extra sauce if you like them wet

Ponzetti's is our go to when in Ocean City for pizza! Awesome pizza! Crisp flaky crust, great sauce! Great french fries, not greasy. Top notch!

Solid pizza 👌🏼 specially the pick your own topping. We got the veggie topping mix and it was a hit 🔥 & they were open passed midnight 👍🏼 if you’re in the area don’t miss out on a late night pizza.

Chill spot with great pie. Might be my favorite Pizza in OC. Good tunes. Usually a game on. Also have a really cool set of t-shirts. Don't skip the old schol OC pizza collage of photos on the way out!
