We went tonight with a party of 12. Excellent service. They were running a NFL special 10$ certain apps and crab cake dinner special. The crab cakes were awesome. My hubby and I also had peel and eat shrimp and lobster bisque special. Daughter had pulled brisket. For a seafood place it was also great. I tried bites of other things. Mussels and crab dip in bread bowl. Also very good. Had to save beignets for later. Highly recommend going here. We were also there for the"golden hour" beautiful sunset. We also went a few weeks later and had the same. Very good

Went to breakfast here around 1030. We sat outside with a beautiful view. They had country music in the background, which was a nice touch. Food took less than 10 minutes to cook after ordering and was delcious.
We had a nice young man as our server who had a pleasant smile and was on point.
Definitely recommend going here.
Can't wait to go back.

The outside area was perfect. Right on the bay with a great view of the sunset. Everyone enjoyed the food. The vegetable crab had huge chunks of claw meat. Usually Maryland crab has just tiny shreds. It was awesome!

Hole in the wall type place, but wow. Service was awesome, super friendly and fast. Food was very good. Kids enjoyed sliders and fries were awesome! The view at sunset was amazing over the marsh. We sat on the patio which was a little chilly but worth it for the view. Will be back if in the area.

Came during the off-season looking for a good meal. We came for lunch and everything was amazing. The food came out so fast and was delicious. Our server James was super attentive and helpful. A must-stop, especially during the off-season when it’s calmer.

Right on the marsh. Crab cake was delicious. Packed with crab meat . Service was great. Happy atmosphere.

What a beautiful view when dining outside! I recommend that seating and the crab cakes. This is probably my shore family's new place for a good crab cake dinner. I also loved the (alcoholic) blueberry lemonade. Looking forward to returning!

Bay views for sunset shared with a lovely and friendly crowd. I had the crab dip which was amazing and gone before I could post a photo. Parking lot is kinda small but the experience was charming and worth another visit. I came on bingo night in the off season so it was an especially vibrant night! Also had salad, Crabcake sandwich and a salad. My friend had a rice bowl with chicken which looked awesome too! The very large strawberry cake could have been split 3 ways,easily.

Great food, bar like atmosphere and good service. The views onto the bay are unbeatable. Would definitely come back for the crab legs!

If you want a top notch Crab Cake and a Bloody Mary, boy this is the place for you!
Nestled right on the Bay, picturesque views are what you will get while you dine on what I consider to be one of the best meals around Ocean City.

I started off with the 32 ounce Bloody Mary. Was an entire meal by itself. 6 shrimp, 4 ounces of crab cake, 4 slices of bacon and what were the best string beans (called angry beans) I ever had. I followed it up with the 8 ounce crab cake dinner with two delicious sides. The crab cake was phenomenal! My wife had the shaved prime rib and loved it.

The atmosphere was a relaxed beach vibe. Great decor, super fast service and a friendly waitress that couldn’t have made this 3 year wait any more pleasurable (my in-laws have been promising us lol)

We had 2 scotches on the rocks, a margarita, my Bloody Mary ($37 alone), 3 crab cake dinners, a prime rib entree and an order of Beignets with dipping sauces (also fantastic) and the bill was $203. Can’t beat it with a broomstick. Bravo Crab Crake Factory, BRAVO!!!

BEST BREAKFAST IN OCEAN CITY / FENWICK / SOUTH BETHANY !!! Extensive menu, generous portions, very reasonably priced, delicious food and drinks, superior service, incredible atmosphere.. Check out my photos for proof... Lunch and Dinner are also fantastic. I could eat here every single day :-)

Cool place, great bay view, staff were very friendly and attentive. Crab cake Benedict’s were delicious and you get a decent amount of crab. Home fries were some of the better ones we have had

Best crab cakes ever. Trust me I been literally around the world. Triple threat Bloody Mary was out this world!! Friendly people. Not just the employees. Best part of the whole trip, by far. Loved it.

Very nice experience. Great service and excellent view out the back window. The crab cakes were amazing. They seemed like they had no filler. My wife and I both got a piece of crab that was the biggest jumbo lump either of us ever had. The crab soup was also very good...lots of crab. We rarely order dessert for to the fact that the selection are predominately prefabricated, mass produced standards. This place gets their desserts from bakery down the street. Our chocolate cake with butter cream icing was delicious and generous in size.

Arrived with a party of 11 including 5 kids at prime dinner time. We were quickly seated in a quiet room overlooking the marsh with a cozy wood burning fireplace. Our server James was the absolute best! Got all our orders including drinks served correctly. Had lots of patience with the kids & their orders. The crabcakes, ribs, stuffed lobster tails, creamy crab dip in a bread bowl & bacon wrapped scallops were all delicious! The peppermint martini was yummy & I always love their Georgia Peach drink! Our server James, checked with us several times during our visit that we had everything we needed and did it all with a great smile! It was a wonderful birthday celebration for “Pops”! Crabcake Factory Bayside is always one of our favorites and so glad our family loved it as much as we do!

We came for a late morning breakfast and bird watching on the bay. We choose to sit outside. Even though it was a bit warm, the shade and breeze made it quite lovely. The service was pleasant, helpful and timely.

All of the breakfasts that we ordered were delicious.

Highly recommended for a relaxing meal.

We sat at an 'outdoor' table. Enjoyed the quieter area but was chilly on the day we went. We also very much appreciated the bilingual wait staff.

Natalie was our waitress and she made our experience wonderful. We loved the crab dip and the fries too!! I recommend the locals favorite seafood cake meal. Live music played on Friday! I wish I took a photo of our view.

Crab cake factory might look small on the outside, but like the Tardis, it is bigger on the inside!

Where do I start? Well, let’s stare with the parking. There was an attendant, or more like an entertainer, guiding you into the next available parking spot. The guy was hilarious!

The wait on a Saturday night was less than 5 minutes. We got drinks at the bar while waiting, and the frozen. margaritas and the pinya colada were delicious.

We ordered chicken quesadillas and crab bisque for appetizers. The quesadillas were EXCELLENT, and the crab bisque was thick, loaded with crab meat, and very tasty!

I ordered the ribs and crab cake for my main course. The ribs were advertised as “Texas style, fall off the bone”. They DEFINITELY lived up to it! Juicy, sticky, and meat falling off the bone! Delicious!!! The crab cakes were very good too. A nice crispy coating on the outside and loaded with tender, juicy crab on the inside.

The wife ordered the petite steak with crab cakes. Steak was cooked to perfection!

The son ordered the chicken tacos. Had to slow him down while eating twice, so that should tell you how he liked them.

The only critique I would make is the crab cakes should be served with a side of drawn butter.

Our server Samantha was very attentive and friendly. All food came out hot, and very little wait between courses. We will be coming back here again!!!!

If you're looking for an awesome bloody Mary, look no further..this place has them!
$18.00 might sound like a lot for a bloody, but it comes loaded with lump crab meat and angry beans..which are fantastic! Let's just say we went to another place for crabcakes and paid ALOT more for much less crab meat than what was on top of my bloody Mary!
The price is completely fair for what you get. The mix was perfect, with just the right amount of heat.
The staff was friendly and fast!
It was jam packed for bike week!
We will absolutely be back!!!
