I used Vivint in Texas for 20 years and originally liked the service a great deal. Over time, they began to be decreasingly helpful with customer service over the phone. When I moved to Maine, I hired them again. A year adapter the move, I learned that my worsening leukemia and many other physical symptoms came from senisitivity to Wi-Fi. I told the company I wanted to cancel my contract. I even sent a letter from my doctor. Even though I was a 22 year client, they told me that I could not cancel the contract since my memory loss was not full blown dementia and I was not dead from the leukemia. I would avoid this company since a few dollars matters more to them than customers.
