Cumberland Farms

I love this store very friendly and accommodating management is very impressive I also work here so it gives me an inside perspective and first hand experience CONSTRUCTIVE criticism welcomed. Always happy to improve

This is one of Cumberland Farms older store designs which limits their selection of products. However, considering the location and limited space available I found the space well utilized to offer good variety. It is also easy to get back on the road during times of heavy traffic thanks to stoplights nearby. There is limited gas dispensers, again because of the location. The service was quick, the cashier very pleasant even during a very busy time of day.

Love the Cumberland farms chain. It's pretty much the only convenience store I use wherever I am. That being said I am very disappointed with the third shift person that's on Fridays and Saturdays. He's not very friendly and if you ask for something like more cream or liquid sugar for your coffee he acts all put out like it's not his job to get it for you.I think from now on I shall avoid that store when he is working.

No public bathroom?

went there early evening. Lady that works there step out side. When she back in I asked like 5 questions. did not get an ans to any of them. I asked for 3 3 dollar tickets. to mega bucks. she said 8 dollars I said shouldnt it be nine, no response. asked again no ans. so I said you gave me 2 dollar tickets. no ans again. I said not what I asked for and guess what she didnt ans me again. Store was not bisy I was the only one there.

Very weird experience at this location. I stopped here one night because I wanted a drink and a snack. I pulled into the parking about 11:50 pm. I wasn't sure if it was closing because a man walked up to the door, the clerk came to the door with gloves on, the two spoke, and then the man walked away. The clerk was waving his hands at me impatiently. I drove up to the door and he said "If you have a card, I can sell you something" It made me very uncomfortable so I said thanks and drove off.

The store manager, Laura canefield was an incredibly rude, awful human being. She provided zero help and was extremely dismissive. No one should ever go to this location and she should be fired

I tried downloading the app to use for a deal. I stepped aside away from the register and set it all up. the cashier didn't know how to work it so I wasted my time and never got the deal. not to mention she seemed the slightest bit interested in trying to help.

Spent over $200 on gas and food. No bathrooms available? Never supporting them again

This store is great, however the gas price being 20 cent more than the same store just a few miles down the same road is a bit ridiculous and very unfair.

Very run down location
