Amazing customer service. The associates were very helpful, the finance people were very nice as well. Prices are reasonable. Delivery schedule was very appropriate. Would definitely shop again.

Ketra Taylor and Lisa were both willing to help and not pushy and eventually put together a living room furniture for me. I was wanting a lamp to go along with the furniture in my first home, but wasn't available until May. Ketra and Lisa tried to get me the lamp that was on display, but wasn't able to make it happen.

We visited value city in the morning, and we were promptly greeted by Deborah. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products. She answered all questions without pressuring us to buy. We left value city and looked around at other furniture stores, but it was the customer service, quality of product, and product availability that brought us back to VCF. Our second visit we met the manager, Sonya. She was very polite and thoroughly explained the warranty and all details of our purchase. We purchased the couch that met all of our needs and couldn’t be happier with the experience when doing so. I highly recommend Value City Furniture to anyone. Our friends and family will all know about our experience.

Not surprisingly, the first impression upon entering this store is that it is a neat and tastefully decorated place. However, what makes one feel at home at this place is the cordial reception and the genuine interest of the employees to help. I had to interact with mainly two vivacious, gracious ladies who helped me with utmost care. Their reassuring professionalism and attention to detail are infused with a humorous, down-to-earth air that is endearing and makes me want to stop by again soon, even if I don't have plans to buy anything big for my small dwelling place. But for now, I write this review with gratitude. Thank you, Corina and Lisa! Go VCF!

Went in just to look and the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me navigate the store and find what I was looking for. I felt safe and comfortable. The selection of choice were superior to their competitors. The manager Laura Gliebe was especially helpful and Carie is very knowledgeable in the services offered.

Glenn was so very helpful and knowledgeable! He was not pushy, and answered all of our questions. After purchasing a couch, we had a minor freak out, and had to come back to remeasure and make sure the sofa we purchased would actually fit our space. Glenn was very patient and understanding, and was quick to ease our minds. Would definitely recommend this store if you’re in the market for furniture.

Love this store! We got a beautiful reclining sectional from here and the quality was better than I hoped! Fast arrival too. The sales team, specifically Lisa Heselschwerdt, were so patient and kind and not pushy at all! They helped us find the perfect fit for us and were tolerant of our crazy toddler running around! They also had amazing financing options for our budget. Can’t give enough praise for this experience!

Laura was so very helpful. We wer purchasing a chair and she realized that there was a chair that had been returned. It was the exact one and there was nothing wrong with it. She saved us over $300. We get all of our furniture at Value City.

We have bought most of our furniture from Value City in Clarksville. Found the perfect bedroom set and a couch today. We had excellent help from Garrett! He was knowledgeable, professional and so nice to work with! Thanks again Garrett! We will be back!

Coming into the store I was a little hesitant with shopping in store for furniture I just wanted space to breathe and look around. I thought I was going to be pounced on walking through the door. It was the exact opposite I was greeted and even given the choice of shopping alone or with guidance that was definitely different. I wasn’t sure what I wanted nor was I sure of the color or the size I needed. I had an amazing sales woman her name was Ketra Taylor and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect furniture. She pulled out the tape measure and helped me figure it out She didn’t get upset with me constantly changing my mind and she answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend this store and the employees. Everyone is so friendly, I give 5 stars I will definitely shop there again and if you are looking for furniture go in and ask for her she will take care of you. Value City Clarksville thanks for not having pushy sales people your long lasting service in the community is Amazing!!! I had been shopping around for a week when I went to VCF and was so happy to have someone be friendly and helpful until I finally found the perfect set I wanted. Keetra very welcoming and helpful, she was very knowledgeable about her products she was able to find exactly what I wanted at the right price!! I was also very impressed with Brianna she was very knowledgeable about the whole process and took care to make sure everything was qucik and effecient! I would highly recommend the Clarksville VCF, it is so hard to find good customer service anymore, anywhere... These girls have it down perfectly!!!
