Bass Pro Shops

I made a purchase online for a store pick up. I picked it up on a Wednesday afternoon. The store was not busy, and I was able to get my item quickly and with no issues. The folks in the Hunting section were knowledgeable and friendly. I also picked up a few items in store and had a great check out experience. Store was clean, and everything I needed was well stocked. I did notice a few bare shelves, but considering it was Wednesday following Thanksgiving, that might be expected. This is the 3rd largest Bass Pro shop in the country after Springfield MO and Memphis TN. Fun place to shop and look around.

Bought my 1st handgun today & I have to give a huge shout-out to Tom W. In guns. He made the experience awesome, friendly, funny, but yet on point when it came to the important stuff. Everyone who helped me at some point today did so with a smile. Thank you, Bass Pro Employees I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to visit for everyone. So much to see and things to do. This place is in order. Clean and organized. Love this place and I believe if you've not been you will also be blown away by all of it.

This Bass Pro Shop is a unique one! As it used to be a former shopping mall. This store has a lot of cool stuff and I love the aesthetics! It’s definitely amazing.

We go every yr at Christmas to see Santa. I have a 4yo little girl and she was being quite shy and was nervous about meeting Santa but he put on a big smile and talked to her real quiet and asked her what she wanted. He did an amazing job. She came out of her shell and started smiling and ended up taking a really good picture. You can tell he really enjoys the kids, it's not just a "job" or "community service". He made her experience special and she talked about it for days. She even made sure we followed Santa's specific instructions to leave "a couple extra cookies" so he would bring her a big girl bike. Once you go here, it'll ruin mall Santa's for you.

It has been a while since we had been in a Bass Pro Shop as we do not have one local to us. We stopped in here on our way to our daughter's National Archery Tournament. The store was very nice and clean.

This store knows how to operate to give every single customer a happy experience. Employees are very friendly and know how to help without being too obnoxious. Store is very kids friendly and plenty of things to shop for. I do have to honestly say I don't care too much about sales guys who try to persuade you to open a credit card on every isle. It's just a little bug... Other than that, you will not be disappointed here!

Good selection of most anything you need. I love the women’s clothing section- they are always in stock with the sizes you need, and have the cutest women’s apparel. It is also a clean store

A great place to come for every sporting good thing you might need. The huge fish aquarium is pretty cool as well as the variety of boats they carry in stock. A fun place to take your kids and browse around!

Walked around the store, workers greeted us. Everyone was nice.Then we watched fishing demos. It was neat to see them eat. He did a great job explaining the food and what each fish was. So many things to see.

Down side near the fish tank is a entry person who is really into your personal space. I try to avoid her and go the long way to see the fish. She sometimes still walks to you. It's her job but I'm weird about my personal space it's uncomfortable for me

It doesn't feel like a store.. this place is decorated to the max.. wildlife covers the walls and decor while you shop.. as an outdoors store this place is great for finding whatever you need. Fishing, hiking, hunting, they have it all!! It's quite easy to get distracted though.. with a massive fishtank being on display once you take a few steps in. Even if you're not shopping for a specific item, this is a great place to pass some time as you are able to walk through the isles looking at the outdoor decor and wildlife.

Customer services always great at this location. Although their prices are quite a bit more expensive than ordering it from Amazon. Sometimes we don't want to wait for delivery when we need something now. Beautiful store and well kept.

We had so much fun! This is a place where families of all ages can have an amazing time. Workers were in great moods and everything was very clean and organized even though it was right before Christmas. My kids loved seeing Santa, looking at toys, and checking out the fish. But their absolute favorite was the boats! Thank you to the sales guy who had so much patience!

This is our go to place for all of our hunting supplies and material. They always have good pricing and the staff is always helpful in pointing is on the right direction of whatever product we are looking for is located. We continue to go here because the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Super well stocked, I bought some nice fishing waders. I was going to look for a fly rod & reel but decided to pass because I don't know enough about it. On the way out we saw some nice summer shirts priced 1/2 off on clearance so we picked up a couple, and at checkout we found out they're even half off the clearance price so we went back and got several more. Yea!! Great deal as i love the shirts

Great place fish tank was awsome

This was our first time visiting this Bass Pro and is just like the others honestly, great environment with good prices! Our family went to see Santa which we were excited about them still having Santa this year. Reservations only and encouraged to take mask off once at the window with Santa. Free picture really helps as well! Will definitely visit again.

Friendly staff, awesome place for the kids. Wish they re-opened the shooting range for em.... tbh this rate is mostly for the bathroom. Thank you bass pro and I'm sorry for the exorcism that I performed in one of your stalls. God bless America
