Came here to get a small window air conditioner. They were sold out by the time I got there. A young lady helped me. She was friendly and eager to help.

Jacqueline in customer service went above and beyond to help me out. I had a decent sized online order. All but 2 items arrived. The tracking showed delivery by FedEx but after many calls and days of waiting I was feeling frustrated about the missing items. Jacqueline to the rescue!! She took the time to search the back, call the online CS Dept. and help cancel my order so I could get new lights shipping. A day later they found my lights in the back and she called me to see if we could still use them. Jacqueline is a 5 star customer service member!! Things don't always go perfectly but it's how things get handled.

Went to Home Depot looking for a new dishwasher and I left with very nice dishwasher. The sales lady in the appliance area was awesome. She showed me and worked with me until we found the perfect model at a great Black Friday price. Is as regularly a 679.00 dishwasher I got for 498.00. I am a very happy customer and a young man loaded on a cart for me, as I was taking it home.

Plumbing is never fun you just have to have it done sometime.

Needed to replicate a pvc pipe replacement. Two guys searched for parts above and beyond expectations. They really teied to help me. Appreciate them. Pleasant to see helpers who cared!

I have the easiest time coming here. I never had a problem coming here and getting everything I needed right off the bat. I went to get a carpet cleaner (which was way cheaper than all the other stores in the area) to get my car and a room in the house done. Went in to the rentals and was in and out in like 5-7 mins. Cheap, quick, amazing service, clean and reliable product. 5 Stars all day!

John in the garden department at New Albany Indiana store was awesome today. The guy answered a question but didn’t stop there he looked in my cart and made two suggestions that saved me over $30 by buying smarter

I love Home Depot. Especially the yellow tagged items! Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, the product was discounted to less than $2.00. Everytime I visit my local Home Depot they have what I am in search of and more. Additionally, the employees are always friendly and down to 🌎.

I like shopping here even if I’m only getting 1-2 items, I get ideas for future purchases and everyone is friendly and helpful. I bought roof cement tonight and it was in the very back of the store, needless to say I got my steps in.

Only rating 5 star due to a young employee by the name of Steven who actually asked us if we needed help! This is the first time in 5 years that I've been asked if I need assistance. I wish customer service was always this good.

Parri made it a personal mission to help me and my wife find exactly what we were looking for. She was kind and patient and answered our questions. She also gave our dog tons of attention! Thank you, we will be back because of her!

My husband now works here and he Loves his job. Even going on with his back and hip giving him pain. He takes some pain pills and out the door he goes. He's always been a hard worker no matter where he works or what job he has to do there.

I just wanted to mention their names because they were quick efficient and very friendly. Thank you so much! Sean, W.William and especially Walter who had loaded them all the first time that I picked up blocks as well.

I like to check out the new spring offerings and as usual not disappointed. Thanks to Biden everything is outrageously expensive. I was looking to estimate a new project for our yard and decided to postpone it until prices fall.

My sump pump was going out so I did some research on the best pump to buy. The Home Depot carried the Everbuilt sump pump with a high rating and a good price. I ordered it online and picked it up 2 days later. The pump runs great and was easy to install.
