Pica-Pica Filipino Cuisine

Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. Food is pretty good as well. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Saint Johnsbury’s Vermont. Highly recommend!

Found this gem while driving through St. Johnsbury . Our waitress Lyn gave us great suggestions for dinner and the dessert was amazing. Later, we found out she made the purple cake. So light and tasted amazing.

The food was so delish! Restaurant is clean and the vibe is so great. Just enough volume for you to hear the talk withn the table and enjoy the music while munching. The owner is friendly, the staff has great hospitalbility especially marianne. Defined this place gives a piece of the Philippines. If you come drop by St. J in vermont then this is a place to eat.

PS bathroom is so clean too that you would feel you are in a spa

Friendly service, comfortable warm atmosphere, and delicious food! Before Pica Pica I had never had Filipino food and I was not sure what to suspect, but I was thrilled with everything that we ordered. I can't wait to return and try more Filipino dishes.

Make sure you enjoy linch or dinner in this establishment! The food is fresh and handmade, the staff is excellent, the atmosphere in unique and cozy. I had the Lumpias and they were better than any I have had even homemade ones by my Filipiono friends in Hawaii (shhh don't tell them). Service came with attentiveness and a smile. Also their are unique and hidden surprises you may find during your visit!

First of all THE FOOD IS GREAT! If you're a Filipino, its like home away from home. If you're an inquisitive food adventurer, you'll just love the different flavors! The staff is wonderful. Hands down to the owner/chef George who treats diners like they're his guests at home.

I can't recommend this place enough! This food brings the Philippines to me and instantly reminds me of my parents' cooking. Come with an appetite because everything is good here. The staff are so welcoming and the decor and ambiance was wonderful too!

This is the only authentic to the taste Filipino Restaurant in the NEK and wow they do not disappoint! The owner is Filipino and he also mans the kitchen.

We had to book a table just to make sure because they are short staffed for now. But we were greeted promptly and all our needs were met. The waitress Marian was very accommodating and lovely. The guy waiter I forgot his name has worked there for 5 years or so, made sure we got what we needed.

For those new to Filipino cuisine, I recommend tasting everything but for starters you can’t go wrong ordering Lechon Kawali, Pork Tocino, Lumpia… for deserts definitely try Halo-Halo and Turon (you can’t easily get those here). For Non-alcoholic drinks ask for Calamansi juice.

The ambiance of the place is relaxing. The bathroom is very clean almost like those in a spa.

Beautiful, quiet spot right on Main St in St J. Everything we ate - lumpia, siopao, pancit - was excellent. Staff are pleasant and patient. Absolutely worth a drive up from the Upper Valley or over from Montpelier!

Perfect stop from the highway! So lucky to have come across Pica-Pica traveling from Quebec to RI. They offer all of the comfort dishes from the Philippines. Authentic, delicious, great prices and friendly folks. Easy off and on the freeway.

Lovely and authentic, calf cheek soup is amazing

We were excited to try a new cuisine and pick up pick up definitely delivered. We thoroughly enjoyed our various dishes. The spring rolls, mixed dumplings, and skewers of beef and chicken in Filipino spices were great fun. We tried a stew of vegetables including bitter melon and okra that was quite different from anything we were used to and I’m really glad we tried and it definitely grew on us. Carlos our server was kind and helpful and the space was mellow with great music. Nice spacing of tables We’ll gladly return.

My wife and I came to visit Saint Johnsbury Vermont and we looked up restaurants for dinner. pics pics received very high reviews so we tried it out. It did not disappoint!! Lyn and all the wait staff was so friendly and gave great suggestions. The restaurant was very clean. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. if I lived in St Johnsbury, I would be doing takeout every week. Definitely give them a try

Amazing dining experience! We stopped for a pre ski lunch. It was an unexpected delight. The setting is lovely. Service was flawless. Food and as over the top good. The fresh factor was present. Plating was so pretty as well. High points for the ginger honey tea!! This spot is uber cool and the food matches the vibe. It is heavy on pork.

We loved the Filipino cuisine! My husband and I had never tried it! Each of our meals were delicious! Sharia, our server, was knowledgeable about the dishes and made excellent recommendations. All of the staff was friendly and the bathroom is a neat experience as well!

Absolutely amazing food. I’m a traveling tech from DFW(texas) and I’ve had the opportunity to taste great Filipino food in my area and I must say this restaurant tops all the ones back home. Would not imagine Vermont having some of the best Filipino food. Now if I can talk them into relocating to Dallas lol. I had the opportunity to try a new dessert today and it was out of this world delicious. I kept saying omg omg to the point my son informed me he would hang up on me if I continued lol. Great people of Vermont protect this restaurant at all cost . It’s truly a gem and that’s a rarity to find a great restaurant that have great food . Will definitely be back
