Dr Trambaugh is great! She listens to all your concerns. Very good bed side matter. Staff has been nice also. I highly recommend Dr Trambaugh.

Her bedside manner is extremely well and I feel comfortable talking to her about what is going on and getting on the right medicine. She is very open and professional.

I've been a patient at Avon Family Health for over ten years. Anytime the doctors asked me to come in or take a test, I did. During a routine phone call to refill two prescriptions, I was told that Dr. Trambaugh would not write the prescriptions unless I made an appointment, so I did. Since it was going to take over two weeks to get in to see her, I inquired about writing a prescription for at least enough medication to last until my appointment. She refused. These are the medicines I take daily for anxiety, depression, and migraine headaches. She knew that. You can't teach compassion; you either have it or you don't.

My 87 year old Mother and I arrive 20 minutes late, (it took us ten minutes to walk from the parking lot because she needs to stop and rest. We were told we would have to reschedule, No flexibility whatsoever! The staff was very rude and not compassionate about the situation at all, we will not be going back.

Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Dr. Trambaugh is great but we are moving doctors due to the terrible staff
