Had a mobile order. The food was hot when I arrived & the cashier was able to add a last minute item as well. Keep up the Great work. Good attitude as well.

Food was fresh, drive through moved swiftly. I was quite impressed!

Genesha was awesome and the whole crew on 4/25 was on they J.O. today made me proud to see a clean and efficiently running store in this part of town. I will definitely be coming back. So nice and friendly.

Even though I would like to say I wouldn't eat their burgers anymore because they cause gas and instant diarrhea...that would be a lie. I would love to say I would just stick to their cheesy fries, also a lie. Their double jalapeno burgers are way better than the singles. Way to go! Tastier and more filling. They have an all singles crave case, now they just need a double jalapeno crave case

Hadn't had a belly-bomber in a while. Tried the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER (or whatever it's called). First few bites were okay, then my taste buds started to realize that it wasn't meat. I couldn't finish the other half, and won't be ordering it again. The fish nibblers were to die for! LOVE 'EM!

I picked up a Door Dash Order for a customer and I also ordered a chocolate shake, cheese sticks and a Bacon, egg and cheese on toast (it was super delicious). The Door Dash Order took about 15 minutes or so to receive, but my order was ready quicker.

I always order double cheeseburgers WITH BOTTOM BUNS ONLY!!! They are the BEST. The seasonal shrimp nibblers are so good. Both the regular and sriracha flavors are great. The fish nibblers are also good. Also order onion rings with cheese.

It wasn't so much as the food I want to compliment it was the service I received the lady at the window WOW she was so welcoming an nice friendly an honest I for a sweet tea she came back an said I can't serve you this it's not ready then she offer me something else to drink I really feel bad that I didn't get her name

Good Hot Food was great but the Customer Service was a little shaky what I ordered became the topic with the staff and I feel like that would have been ugly if I would have been a mean person or disrespectful to the staff. They have to be careful what is spoken in front of the customer about there order. I was a little upset considering I heard what they was saying about my order. Please talk to the staff at the White Castle on Hall Ferry and 270.

Would like to get regular fish sandwiches or even a combo without cheese but now you have to pay for cheese even if you don't get it makes no sense to me...use to love my fish with onion and pickles

This location has stepped its game up 100 percent! Literally every time I go there Im in and out 10 minutes flat! As busy as white castle be late nights they doing they thang!

I really enjoy patronizing this particular location... The Staff..... they are friendly, fast and usually gets the order correct.

I love White Castles, moved to Houston and haven't had them for over 2 years, the ones in the stores are not like the ones off the grill.

Food is great but ask for my senior citizen discount the guy looked at me like i had 2 heads. They need to train EVERYONE on their policies.

White Castle's on New Halls Ferry isn't bad at all. The speed of the line isn't slow or fast. It's a medium speed. So, I can't complain about that. The food was accurate in my bags. Friendly service. I only suggest that they open up their second line. I do wish the food was cheap like it used to be before when the burgers were called white castles instead of sliders. I still do recommend this location. I think I've been a customer there 20 years or so.

What other fast eatery asks your name and shouts it out to the employees in back when you order only for them to shout a gracious 'Hello!' Very polite and always great Sliders with a soda machine covering about 100 choices or stay for ultra-hot coffee! Wonderful!

Very professional young workers that took pride in there job. Kudos to management trainer with this late night crew around 10:30 pm Sunday night. The young man who took my order was very attentive to details. The young woman was very polite when she rebagged my orders. Impressed and satisfied customer.
