So stunningly amazing food, that we came back twice during our short vacation to the area. The Fried Green Tomatoes might just be the best we've ever had!

Excellent hospitality and service from the staff to boot.

We’ve been to Patsy’s two days in a row. Very nice atmosphere, great cocktails and dishes and super friendly staff. It opens at 5:30pm and fills up very quickly. It was low season and by 5:50 on Saturday they didn’t have any more tables.
The cocktails were amazing. We loved the coconut margarita (they should incorporate that in the permanent menu rather than being just a “special”).
The crab cakes were amazing, the tuna as well, and the ciopino was very rich (and a huge portion). The only thing we didn’t like so much was the ceviche, which is far from the original thing: they add cucumbers, tomato and avocado and serve it with nachos, as if Perú and Mexico were the same thing (they’re like 5 thousand miles apart and have completely different cuisines, the main difference being that Peruvian cuisine is good, as opposed to Mexican). Original ceviche is great. This one was much less so… nonetheless, the experience was wonderful and this is definitely the best place to eat in Bethany Beach.

A favorite to visit every time we’re in town. Crab cakes, shrimp n grits and focaccia are so delicious.

An excellent foodie place at the Bethany beach in a quaint location. Excellent service at relaxed pace that was worth it. If your up tight about time, drink another cocktail, enjoy your company and wait for the perfect bite.

Fantastic drinks and wonderful food in a relaxed atmosphere. Try the cheesy crayfish toast and shrimp and grits and prepare to be delighted.

Family owned. Nice setting with cute folk art inspired by the area. Fresh market fish and soft shells. Dirty Martins with blue cheese stuffed olives, if they have time. We went twice in our trip.

1st time there. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to try more from the menu!

Dinner was amazing! Wife and I sat inside next to bar and initially we were disappointed we couldn't sit on their porch which obviously had been booked. Ended up that sitting inside was awesome. Mojito was spot on. Cream of crab soup with bread and fried green tomatoes got us going. I had Maryland rockfish with a smokey tomato broth and veggie succotach. She had a tomato based eggplant dish that she loved.. I was completely enamored with the service and food. Place is quant, eclectic and a foodie haven. If you get the chance, do make a reservation and enjoy a really nice place for a tasty dinner in a really cool atmosphere. Didn't have room for dessert. I'll be back!

Nice food options. Everyone ordered something different. We were all pleased.

Just had dinner there, it was our first time. The atmosphere was great and Service was a "10". I had the pork chop and it was the BEST I ever had. Would definitely recommend this place. We will be back soon!!!!

I don't know how you can drop a 4star rating on this place. For the price, the portions are VERY large. You never leave hungry because you can't stop eating the food. Ridiculously good!!!!!

One of the best meals I’ve had in my life. Extremely fresh food. Also the best service I’ve ever had. Great mojo on this place. They really care about a quality product and experience and deliver it!

How have I never been here before? We took a chance so glad we did. Our food was fantastic. Wedge salad was to die for. Catfish special was beyond our expectation. Conch fritters perfectly cooked crunchy on outside perfect texture inside. Next time I'm having the mussels and the steak or lamb. They have patio seating which was nice definitely airflow even though covered. Staff does not mask just as an FYI. Indoor seating as well. Service was just ok, We shared a meal the server did not give us an extra plate or check that we had silverware after the apps, but food made up for it.! This could have been more of a function of not enough staff. And he was super nice this was not a game changer for us. Please give them a try if you have not been they are really fantastic and the hostess was awesome as well. Friendly inviting and helpful! We just went and are thinking of already going back they are that good.

Excellent food with pleasant outdoor seating. They’re open from Thursday to Monday. I’d recommend going earlier in the week since sometimes they’re out of certain things by Monday. I think this is a good thing though because it shows how fresh and high quality their ingredients are.

AMAZING! Key lime pie 20/10. Grandmother says “did you tell them your 88yr old grandmother LOVED it?!”

One of our first experiences eating out after Covid and truly a wonderful experience. The entire team treated us like we were all so special and they were so sweet with accommodating our little girl.

The meal was outstanding from start to finish....the Red Snapper stole the show but the pomodora sauce was sweet, savory and memorable along with the blue crab soup and tuna poke. My daughter was in awe over the chocolate cake..I think we all were.

We had a delicious meal, starting with the wedge salad, plenty for sharing, followed by the mahi special which was delicious and a large portion, the steak was cooked perfectly and tender. For dessert we shared the key lime pie which was very good too! The wait staff was excellent, and attentive. We will certainly dine here again!
