staff needs a refresher on how to relate to the public

There was only one gentleman older the date is jobs. The rest were collecting play checks and that's all they were doing. Public servants need to be reminded that they get paid by the public. Supervisor Larger lady with no lane tag disgrace. Another employee blonde hair middle age also very rude no name Tech refuse service. When he wants he thinks he owns the postops needs to be fired

Don't read delivery instructions and handed my package off to a complete stranger when I wasn't even home.

i had a horrible experience with a blonde, balding employee, who refused service. I then had contact with the "Supervisor" (A large lady) who then told me to leave and refused me even more service. I'm absolutely appalled. *Note: I only describe the employees due to the fact that no name tags or names were given to me.

Doesn't attempt delivery. Have had multiple packages say 'delivery attempted and failed' after they delivered the previous day with no weather changes. Most workers are lazy and rude. Getting ahold of any sort of human is impossible over the phone. When they do decide to deliver mail, they'll leave paper and cardboard out in the rain unprotected. No regard for their jobs or your mail. They don't care. If I could have another service I would but unfortunately my taxes are paying for these slobs.

Called early in the week to have my mail held, they deliver between 3-5 at my location. Called two days before to make sure they held my mail. Called the morning of, was told in 20 minutes the packages would be sorted, but they will still holding my mail. Arrived 30 minutes after phone call and was told: "they took your mail." Where is my red dead redemption 2? I am so upset it can not be displayed on a phone.

had a package shipped from Utah on the 19th the tracking information shows on 25th that it was out for delivery and then the next information shows its forwarded to the address on file. What the heck! Now I am trying to find out why and the hold time to speak to someone is 45 min to 1 1/2 hours! I am very frustrated with the service we get from this office from packages being damaged all the time to a delivery driver that sits in his car in my driveway and honks when I have a package to now this!

What a horrible horrible post office more times than I can count I’ve had packages out for delivery then they all the sudden show back up at the post office since they are too lazy to do there jobs

I have watched the other videos of this post office. One of the public servant is pretty disgusting. Should not even be working as a public servant. Disgrace. Pictures down below.

I live about 1 mile away from thw post office & my mail gets delivered at 5pm at the earliest and the usual delivery time is 6pm or after. Unacceptable but the Postmaster thinks it's not a problem.
