I had a issue understanding what a statement I received was. I didn’t receive it till almost 9 months after the initial visit. So I didn’t know what it was for. They explained everything and got everything sorted out for me.

They overbilled me (by their own admission) $455. And now refuse to reimburse me.

No diversity. I was alarmed that the staff has no diversity. I expressed my concern and was advised by a nurse on staff that I was at the wrong hospital if I was looking for diversity. I changed my hospital immediately! With responses like that I don't believe I can get the best care possible.
