The assistant manager was fantastic! Very helpful and processed all my returns with a positive attitude! I had a large number of returns and she didn’t complain at all and we got them all done efficiently while still managing to help other guests so the line didn’t get too backed up. I always choose this store to bring my returns to and to ship packages because I’ve always had a good experience. The assistant manager is definitely an asset to The UPS Store!

JoJo does an excellent job. And does it ALONE. I go to this location all the time & normally there are 2 or more employees. Lines are long. When I luck out & JoJo is working, the line may be just as long, but it takes him less than 5 min to clear all the people. He's fast, friendly, polite & always up beat,
regardless of how many people are in line. Tells everyone as they leave "have a blessed day". He does the work of 2 people, so should be paid accordingly. Thank you for people like JoJo. Such a pleasure.

Been here twice in the same week. The staff is always polite, professional and accommodating. JoJo helped me today and was friendly and efficient as usual. Great job JoJo and the rest of the staff, keep it up!

Went to quickly drop off a prepaid package on Saturday morning, which took about 10 minutes wait. Quick and easy, no issues

This is my go to UPS store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to be greeted as a valued customer everytime i enter.

The customer service here is spot on and they get you taken care of SUPER quick and with a smile!!!

I have a Small Business and this store has become incredibly important to me for the several different services they offer. Athena, the store manager, is always ready willing and able to help my with whatever I need. Additionally, I have found the staff there very knowledgeable of the different services they have and has helped me become more efficient because I can centralize the different services I need to just their location. I always appreciate the personal service I have now come to expect and I genuinely feel they appreciate my business which makes me believe they are always there to help. I have come to really rely on this location and Athena along with her wonderful team as critical in helping me run my business. There simply the best!

Athena was such a big help today! I came in with 4 different Amazon returns and I’m technically challenged to say the least. Athena walked me through the steps to pull up each return label on my phone! What a doll! Athena deserves a raise! She represents this company with care, gratitude, in the upmost professional manner! Good job UPS! She is a great hire!

I rarely write reviews, but when I saw that the store had a low rating I decided I would write one to let people know how great of a store it actually is (despite all the other negative comments). For reference, I am at the store multiple times per week and have had constant interactions and communications with the manager, Athena, and the other workers. I believe my review holds weight.

What I love: The professional and courteous atmosphere. Honestly, they are the best. I was there multiple days throughout the week during Christmas and Thanksgiving week, and I saw nothing short of exceptional behavior from the staff there. How were they professional? I have never once heard a staff member grunt, curse, rush, get loud, or do anything short of smile and ask how I am doing.

I bring in HEAVY boxes. For the ladies that work there, I salute you. Not only for being able to lift my heavy boxes along with all others, but also for doing so without having an attitude about it. I can sense body language pretty well, and I have NEVER been offended by anyone working there. It is honestly a joy going to the store and I would rather go there than a random UPS store.

Why all the negative reviews? I'll tell you why. It isn't the store, it isn't because staff are unprofessional, and it isn't because they aren't patient (a story on that in a moment). Negative reviews are because (and this is from personal experience, multiple times) people will come in to the store wanting help without the necessary information and/or items. Also, because people are impatient, but hey, that is what you get when you have great customer service and are an awesome store: MORE BUSINESS.

-People printing there label incorrectly, where it cannot be scanned. They complain to the staff members, who wish they could help the customer, but cannot because the customer forgot their phone and cannot print off another label at the store (YES! this happens a lot). If you are unsure of the procedure, call the store and they will gladly help you!!

-People grunting and moaning about long lines (read above, this is a fantastic store. More people go to fantastic places than not)

READ THIS: Imagine working at a store where it is a harder job (lifting my heavy boxes all day, remember?) than you have ever had. Then imagine doing it with a smile on your face. THEN, imagine, not showing your potential frustrations and/or giving that energy to the customer BUT actually answering all the customer's questions in a polite and courteous manner without rushing them. YES. This is what they do. This is a hard job, and the manager, Athena, does it damn well.

I get it, you may be upset because of COVID..maybe because you cannot order your favorite latte at the Starbucks 2 minutes from your house because you will miss your favorite TV show. I understand your incomprehensible pain. But, please, don't take it out on these workers. They are freaking great. Oh, and have you EVER had to workout with your mask on? Try it, then report back.

Aside from the location, Athena is the primary reason we continue to use this store location - even though we have one other store closer to where we live. She remembers everything and is consistent with the excellent service she provides. Most all the staff at this location is friendly, and most importantly, competent. I appreciate the array of services they offer, at great rates.

The employees at this location are always a pleasure to do business with. They're fast, friendly and efficient. Yesterday, Athena went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that, at the end of the day, she didn't have anything to do with and had no obligation to help me sort it out. Thank you Athena!

Ease of location, number of shipping options there, options of cost and price.

The Assistant Manager John Holstein is a true testament to how customer service should be. He went above and beyond his duties as the Manager to assist me in a very difficult situation. This UPS store obviously knows the importance of business and caring customer service as one in the same. I APPLAUD the Manager and Proprietor of this UPS store for hiring such a great team. I always use this store to return my Amazon packages. They are always fast and efficient and I have never had any issues with their service. If I had to shop a package, I would definitely use them to do so. UPS is a very efficient and professional shipping service.

The process was incredibly fast and easy. Was in and out in minutes.

Great people, Athena is phenomenal and great with customers. I use this store my Amazon returns (the only reason I go out to the UPS store) but every time it’s an easy and enjoyable process.

Athena is the best! Even when they are slammed she is more efficient than 3 people working. If you go first thing in the morning typically not a wait but around lunch is typically pretty busy.

May I please draw ur attention to a CSR at “Post 11” by the name of Sydney...

I’ve been doing business at this location for almost a year now... Sydney has an honest welcoming personality... every single time I stop by for my business needs. She has a very clear knowledge base of servics,, products and resources for Customers at this USP Store site.

I came in a few times on the move... needing service quickly... not emergency type stuff ... just a rush to finalize transactions, due to time constraints... she helps me make it happen... thank you for this...😁.

Sydney even provides information on service and product updates...kudos!!

Did I forget to mention... she is loyal to the work she does and team she works with. She practically lives there...lol!!!
