We replaced 19 windows and one slider/patio door on our 30-year old house. We’re extremely pleased with the entire process, from the sales person, to the owners, to our installers, Zach and Aaron. The windows are very good quality and the installation workmanship by Zach and Aaron was excellent. They obviously take pride in their work. Great quality work at a fair price.

I've had a wonderful experience with Window Man. Holly is so helpful, Ben is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Zach and Aaron arrived promptly, did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. I would work with them again and highly recommend!

Window Man 10/10, I highly recommend! We had a few different companies come & give us quotes, but what sold us with Window Man was Ben and the fact they are a local family owned business. Ben came out twice and called the owner to get the answer to one of our questions. We were never hassled to go with Window Man which was great. As for install, we had Zach and Aaron who were great. They arrived on time, did great work in a timely manner and kept everything cleaned up as they were installing each window. When you choose Window Man expect great service from start to finish!

I renovate and flip houses to keep me busy in my retirement. I hired Window Man to replace the windows in my own home about a year ago. I do not remember the installers name, but he was very professional and did a top notch job with the install.

I purchased a 125 year old home on Indy's near east side that needed 16 windows replaced. Several of them are the tall windows typical of the older homes. Zach and Aaron arrived at the time Holly said they would. Zach explained exactly what to expect and even was thorough in explaining what they would not do. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional.

Window Man's pricing is very fair. They offer several options to choose from so you will always stay within your budget.

I will only call Window Man for my window needs in the future. Great work guys!!!

We had 5 windows and a slider replaced last week by Zach and Aaron. This was our first experience with house updates on our new home and they did a fantastic job. They made sure I was up to speed with all points of the process and ensured I was comfortable with the install before they left. Quick and thorough! They were done in less than 6 hours and I was able to enjoy the rest of the day with clear new windows. Would highly recommend Window Man to anyone wanting new windows!

Really could not be happier with Window Man. Sales, scheduling, and installation were all stellar. I shopped around a lot and these guys are obviously different/better. No heat lamps or steep fake discounts. Great product, honest people, fair price. Our installer, Jacob, was the man! Knocked out like 15 windows in 2 days on his own. Super friendly guy, showed up early both mornings, and did a great job. We’re thrilled!!

Rance was extremely attentive walking us through the process and he even personally ensured the windows matched our expectations. The installer, Donald, was professional, courteous and fast! I recently purchased windows from Window Man, and I'm pleased with the experience. Everyone I worked with was courteous and professional - they took the time to walk me through the different types of windows, the pros and cons of each style, and the cost breakdown of each kind.

Jacob installed the windows, and from the moment he arrived, he was just as courteous and professional as everybody from the office. His relaxed attitude made working with him easy, and he worked diligently without many disruptions to my daily routine. (In fact, if it wasn't for the sound of a saw - removal of old windows - I would have never known he was in the house!)

Overall, I'm very happy with the service Window Man and their team have provided. I would recommend them to anyone in need of window installation services!

We are extremely happy with our choice in replacing our windows! Windowman is wonderful! Aaron and Zach were fast,friendly, and they left no messes! Mike sold us the windows. Great experience with this company helping me repair/seal an outer window frame. They referred me to talk directly with Zach (who works with them) for my issue, and him and Aaron did an awesome job. Overall they were very helpful and they’ll be the first people I’d call in Indy with any window issue.

Donald and Jacob were at our home to replace and install several windows including an egress window. I have never seen 2 guys works so hard and so fast. At the same time, they were patient and took the time to answer every question we had. All in windy cold rainy weather! Our house already feels so cozy. Lifetime warranty! We've used Window Man twice now (2015 & 2024) and both experiences were fantastic! We had our downstairs windows replaced January 2024 and had expected it to take all day, though 6 windows were done in four hours. Donald and Jacob were professional, thoroughly explained the process, and not only did fantastic work but completely cleaned up after finishing the job. I have not found any left over material, they were on hands and knees making sure everything was accounted for which is much appreciated in a house with pets and children. They even helped correct a poorly hung screen door after noticing it was not shutting properly, I cannot recommend Window Man enough!

I'm really satisfied with Window Man. Cost was very reasonable, and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. Ben was excellent during the estimate process and very accomodaing. Zach and Aaron, the installers, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable during the process. And the most important thing, the windows are high quality and look great! I would highly recommend Window Man and will be using them again in the future.

Jacob did an excellent job.Fast efficient, friendly and cleaned up when he was done.
The big issue I had was having to reschedule my appoint twice due to having porch posts replaced that took longer than expected. The big issue was the window installers could not get on the porch roof to work on the windows safely.The lady that I called was rude to the point I was going to stop the contract! Please talk to this person about customer service as I’m not sure I will be back due to the rudeness.

Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and knowledgeable, from the sales process, the pre-installation inspection, scheduling, and follow up were all handled in a professional manner. Finally, the windows look awesome and will add appeal in our basement remodel! Very satisfied customer!

Adam did a fabulous job installing our new windows! They were corner windows in an older house and he did such a great job! Saved our marble ledges and rebuilt some needed supports. Cleaned everything up and it looks fabulous inside and out! Took in the extra time but to do it right. Simply awesome! Thanks! Will use Window Man again!
