Pete's Service Center

I've taken my VW Beetle here for a few years now and they never disappoint. They always do such a thorough job and make sure it's done right. Everyone I talk to during the whole process has great customer service and is polite and timely.

Shout out to Ethan on my most recent visit! He helped me understand a tricky issue with my car door and really helped out in getting it fixed.

I haven't been going to Pete's service center for the past 4 years Eric and the team at Pete's service center helping me with my Lincoln Continental and all my other vehicles that I have. I'm highly recommending them. From any thanks small like a tire replacement or an oil change to a bigger engine repairs.

We were returning to Canada from Albuquerque when our car broke down on the interstate. I called the nearest dealership to arrange a tow to their shop. They said they couldn't help us because our car was an older model, and suggested that Pete's Service Center might be able to help. So that's where we had the car towed. What a great experience! Pete's had a mechanic stay overtime so they could make an initial assessment. Then as it turns out, one of the parts they required was no longer available. So instead of simply saying "Sorry, we can't help you" , they found a way to repair the existing part. Even though it may have been unconventional, it was an elegant solution. Our car ran perfectly all the way home after that. Also, they had given us a quote for the repairs at the beginning, and inspite of spending much more time on our car than they estimated, they charged the quoted price. And all of this while remaining friendly and doing everything they could to get us back on the road again. We wish that Pete's location was near our home. We would never take our car anywhere else.

Absolutely excellent. Brought in my problem child 335i N54 build done by Graham Rahal Performance and Ethan and Steven sorted me right out. Mostly. Gotta go back to have my turbos fixed, but the rest of their work is top notch. Ethan and I have practically the same car so I KNEW I was in good hands. I am 200% going to be doing more business with them in the future. Even scored some new friends out of the deal. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

This is a good shop doing honest work. I'm new to the area and came to Pete's based on the reviews. I had a small issue with my car that needed looked into for fear of larger real problem. Ethan handled my account and waived any fee after the mechanics assessed and took care of the(again small) issue. I'll definitely be taking my car to their garage in the future. Thanks Pete's for peace of mind.

After having a poor experience at another shop, I decided to take my Audi to Pete's. Pete's knows how to take care of their customers. Steve serviced my Audi by replacing all of the suspension and more. They are transparent and will communicate with you throughout the service. It is hard to find great service for this platform and they have exceeded my expectations. Really grateful for this team and how much they care for their customers. I will be coming back. When you call, ask for Ethan, you won't be disappointed!

I originally took my Fiat 500 to Pete's to replace the valve cover and do some general service. I had purchased someones modified project and wanted to be sure it was safe for daily driving. Have since had to visit a few times and always get quick service! It's nice being able to ask questions and vetvreal answers. No runaround. Great service and friendly employees.

Great service. Especially appreciated techs taking the time to communicate about my car. One "error" though. I stated in the original work order that a provided custom air intake be installed. Was not done. No matter, I'm returning for more work. Great place.

Top quality shop, they went out of the way to help my folks who had car trouble with a classic Volvo while driving through Indianapolis on I-70. The mechanic stayed late to diagnose after the two hour tow truck ride, and were able to diagnose and repair the problem in a couple of days (definitely not just "parts changers.") Even stayed late on the last day to be sure they could get the car back and hit the road again. Thank you!

Just wanted to drop by and leave some thoughts on my experience with Pete’s. Took my Volvo xc60 in for a suspension diagnosis and radio issues a few weeks back and everyone i talked to seemed friendly and knowledgeable on the issues at hand. Even the gentleman they had give me a ride home was a cool, down to earth guy. The diagnosis was what i suspected the issue to be, and although i didn’t have them perform the work that needed (just a tad it of my price range) they didn’t have an issue allowing me a day, almost two, to compared price points with other shops. and upon informing them i was gonna go elsewhere to have the work done there wasn’t a change of attitude the least bit. In fact Ethan was completely understanding and respectful. 9/10 all the way around. only drawback would be slightly higher labor costs than other shops.
we all know you pay more for better quality though, so make sure that’s being taken into consideration if price points are an issue! 🤙🏾

They’ve worked on both my 2003 Mazda Miata and 1971 corvette. The service was fantastic and done on time. Will definitely use them again.

After a PPI at a different local shop I was told I'd need to put in $25K in repair work. Working with their tech Ethan, we cut that in half and then some. These guys definitely knew their stuff and got my car driving like a dream.

Eric and his team have always been efficient and helpful with any of my vehicle needs. They've serviced multiple vehicles for me over the past twelve years, and they've always been great to work with!

It is not easy keeping a 52 year old car running like new, but Pete’s does it for my Datsun 240Z. The Pete’s staff love cars, and it shows in their high quality work. It’s the only shop where I will take my car for service.

I cannot say enough good things about Pete's service center. Everyone was polite, friendly, professional, and very kind. They gave the kids and I a ride from the service center to our house, and my car was ready the next day!
