Bought my first water pipe from here and Alex helped me out. Very knowledgeable And helpful. Taught me how to clean it and use it. Very good worker and all the staff knows what they are doing! Highly recommend getting glass from here or just going inside and taking a look around! Would give more stars if I could. :)

I was having a weird issue with a vape I bought from this store. Mind you it was NOT the vape itself that was the issue - it was me not maintaining it and powering it off properly that caused the problem I described. My original saleswoman gave me a great recommendation and the rig I ended up with is super inconspicuous and the battery lasts forever. I'm writing this review because I work in customer service and I appreciate a thoughtful and informative salesperson. D'MON IS MY BOY!!! He helped me solve my problem without telling me it was my fault (even though it legit was), he offered suggestions, and tips for how to better use my rig. He knows his stuff and he's super kind. Next time I go in person I'm asking for him. Highly recommend this shop all of their staff are super chill and will help you with whatever you need.

They have a wide selection of papers and other smoking devices. Their prices are very fair and the environment is usually always friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful no matter your level of experience they will help you find what you need.

Excellent experiences. I bought a broken piece, immediately called about it and went back. They told me to keep, since they can't accept it, but they gave me a new one of the same make. I've been a happy customer ever since.

The new location is amazing! We have been coming to the College Ave location for years. These guys always help us out. They have expanded into a new place and it is fantastic! They have something for every need and every price point.
