J. Blanton Plumbing as a company is professional and organized. Scheduling was easy. The dispatchers and people who communicated with me were friendly.They keep you posted on scheduling.

My technician, Edgar, was amazing. He is dedicated to his craft and to solving problems for his customers. My water heater stopped working and he repaired it for me using his technical skills, problem-solving skills, patience, and determination.

Overall my sewer pipe repair experience was very good. Kudo's to Rick and Kurt in particular for insuring the work was done properly, and I appreciated their willingness to interact with me during the project. A final bill issue was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. There are a lot of bad actors in the plumbing business, I know from experience, but I would highly recommend J. Blanton.

Shane from J. Blanton Pluming did a great job with my clogged bathtub drain. It was a difficult clog, but Shane worked diligently, and he explained the process every step of the way. Although there was an almost two-hour delay on arrival, it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend J. Blanton Plumbing and especially Shane who is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job!

Honest guys who do good work at good prices. Tried 2 or 3 plumbers prior and J Blanton stood out as the best at all points of the process.

Saul and Jonathan were fantastic. They replaced my P-trap and took a video of my sewer line, which only had a few small tree roots but was otherwise clear. Good to know. The big thing was that they discovered I had water and mold under my floor panels when they drilled down to replace the old P-trap. Even though this was bad news to hear, it was good news because now I can get people in to fix the situation before it gets worse. So Saul and Jonathan not only did excellent work on my drain, they located a major non-plumbing issue with my house. Furthermore, when I called my handyman and he asked me to get information from Saul about how thick the concrete slab was that he and Jonathan had dug into, I called Saul back and he took the time to go over what he'd done, the thickness of the slab, and also to give his impression of the kind of water he'd found. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me out with information I could give to my handyman, which I really appreciated. We've been using J Blanton Plumbing since a pipe burst in our basement last Christmas. Since then, our water heater died and also our garbage disposal. These guys come out fast, are always polite and clean, and do great work. Can't recommend Saul and his colleagues at J Blanton more highly.

Called them to do a toilet replacement. These folks did a great job and were quick and clean. Will keep an eye out for any issues that arise down the line, but we'll need to have the toilet flange replaced soon anyways so it's hard to say how long their work will last.

The original technician that did the initial estimate made a really good call and recommended replacing our old toilet as it was comparable to just doing the wax seal replacement. Glad I didn't do the work myself as the flange was completely corroded. They were able to do the installation regardless and gave us good insight for what needed to be done at a fair price.

Excellent experience! We were fortunate to get a same day appointment. Jake contacted us within 30 mins of the initial call and arrived on time. He assessed the issue quickly, gave a fair quote and not only took care of the immediate concern but went above and beyond with tips, blowing out a tub clog and properly setting a wobbly toilet. He was friendly and professional and walked us through every step of the way.

Dave and his assistant were able to come out the same morning that I called about a toilet backing up in my basement. They were both very professional and were able to quickly assess the problem and fix it for me. What I appreciated the most was that Dave gave me various estimates for work that he recommends I do to get everything in my old house working properly and answered all of my questions. Thank you!

J.Blanton is a well organized company. From the initial call to getting an appointment and the technician arriving at the job site, all steps were well orchestrated with timely text/phone updates. Joey did a thorough inspection of the unit and explained all work completed. Price was reasonable as you would expect of a licensed plumbing service. Overall a great experience.

I've used J. Blanton for all my plumbing issues and have never been disappointed. This year, I became part of their "No Drip Club", and had the plumbing inspected, as well as the water heater flushed. Joey Mason was my tech and he did a great job! He was fast, thorough, and professional. No issue using one of the "No Drip" coupons to fix my tub diverter. Will continue to use J. Blanton!

He, Kendall and Debbie worked professionally to remove old water heater and install new 75 gallon tank. Very satisfied.

I could not be happier with the work J.Blanton’s team did to repair my catch basin. So efficient, I had the estimate on Friday and work was done Monday in less time than estimated and under budget. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! To begin, Shane was professional, skilled and just super nice!! He fixed my clogged bathtub drain quickly and efficiently. He even offered advice on how to keep my drains clear in the future. Shane was truly one of the best plumbers I’ve had in for repairs and highly recommend him as well as Blanton in general.

State Farm is NOT the only company with a terrific Jake. The one at Blanton Plumbing is a terrific worker. He’s personable, patient (despite having to answer my 2,000 questions), professional, and efficient. He finished in far less time than predicted, while also doing superb work and helping fix the drains and ejector pump issues I had in my basement. He is a great representative of the Blanton Plumbing company.
