Blooming Life Yoga + Pilates

I’ve been practicing at Blooming Life Yoga and Pilates for over a year now. Really love the atmosphere of this studio inside and out! The owner is a lovely and friendly lady, teachers are professional and the best in the area, the students are also friendly and welcoming. The studio is always clean and well maintained. Love the new building addition! Thank you Kristen for your vision, diligence, and service to the community! Grateful.

I have practiced for many years in studios across the country, and I knew this place was special after my first week here. EVERY teacher is best in class, but each brings a different style and knowledge set which challenges you to grow both physically and emotionally. Kristen and her team foster a community of humility, openness, and intentionality. PS Having access to both Pilates and yoga in one studio has made a world of difference in my practice, and my joints have not been this happy in years! :)

I searched for a yoga studio with the right vibe- calming and positive. I found it right here at Blooming Life Yoga. Kristen and all of the instructors are great and offer all kinds of modifications. I also love their free yoga class in Lions Park during the warmer months. During the height of the pandemic I was able to use my class pass for online classes which were surprisingly effective! Stop in a try this studio! I also love the bounce classes for a great workout!

Such a beautiful studio. Every class that I have been able to attend has been taught masterfully. Each instructor is well educated and the sequences are intelligent. Lovely space & even more lovely company.

Love this studio! They have been so adaptable with COVID and making sure their customers are as safe and comfortable as possible. The instructors are very knowledgeable and I have had great experiences with in-person and online classes! Highly recommend!!

I’ve tried several different classes and they were all great. I’m new to yoga and not very good but I never feel judged here. The teachers have all been very kind and encouraging. Free classes have been offered every weekend for months!!! It let me try classes I wouldn’t have normally.

The studio atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. Teachers are among the finest in Indy. A diversity of classes offered. Great spiritual feel to the place. Highly recommended.
