I heard a manager say she had someone coming to cover a person’s shift and thanked the employee for being such a good sport about it. Sounded sincere. I greatly appreciated hearing that and I hope the employee did, too.

Clean store, lots to choose from, Ulta has good selections, too.

Friendly cashiers and great customer service. I was told that they often sell out of sizes because the store is frequented but to go to another store not too far away to find the other sizes.

Very quick, courteous assistance with a return. The service desk personnel took the time to call another store and check for the product I needed. The store is always super clean, and the associates are always helpful. I love this store...I love Target. I use the app frequently to order merchandise and it too is very fast and streamline. Parking is never an issue.

Very good supermarket. Great options for quick to make dinner, pizzas, bread, desserts and frozen.
The entertainment part was decent too. Hard to see if there was a discount movies and game discs box anywhere. I think there weren't.

I have to give this review because as a customer I feel this person should be acknowledged. I’m in Target on a regular, not only in store but online as well. I am new to this particular location but since I work close this has become a regular store for me. I have observed Torri, and I’ve noticed her more than a few times and felt that she should be acknowledged. She is always working hard, I’ve seen how much she cares about the stores assets by moving items that are misplaced, while protecting them from being in an area that they could be possibly stolen, as well as how she interacts with customers. Just overall being a valuable employee to the company, and as a loyal customer of Target, I wanted management to know how much I appreciate seeing an employee work as hard as she does, which makes me want to continue to be a customer as well.

Great place to shop for about everything (I buy my clothes, food, and skincare products here). I enjoy spending my time and money here. The people are so friendly. I 100% recommend shopping here.

Placed an order last night for pickup inside the store today. It was very fast & they were able to look up my order with my name, since I couldn't find the email & bar code for scanning! Very helpful!

Great place to shop. Store associates are always ready to help. They great you with smiles and ask you how they can help when you seem lost in the store. For me, I love shopping here always and I will not stop shopping here.
The store ambiance is so inviting. I don’t know what they are doing differently, but I can say whatever they are doing to make the place a better place for everyone, they should keep doing it. It’s definitely working for them. The store is so clean that even the bathroom is well cleaned and shinning.

Target Optical with their revamped space was great. They have some new Designer frame options with Armani Exchange and Ray Ban with great prices

Great store and staff! The biggest around. Super disappointed they no longer have the food court but at least the do still offer that great cheese at the deli and a pack of frozen pretzels is only a few bucks! They get a ton of traffic but it always seem like they are trying their best to clean up behind said traffic. Good job for a store that size! They are always offering great coupons on their app too!

I had a in store pick up and received professional and polite customer service. I don’t mind paying more than Walmart for the professional service I received at this location.

Employee Jocelyn at the Starbucks was working at the Starbucks alone with a huge line of people, and she was personable and made the best Starbucks drink I’ve had in a long while.

Did a pickup order for some groceries and it was ready in under 2 hours and the pickup experience was amazing. The Target associate was friendly and did a great job.

Ran here for last minute things I needed for a wedding outfit. Found what I needed for myself and my partner + some good Halloween stuff at the front dollar aisles.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is phenomenal, always going above and beyond for every customer. I would like to recognize Tiffany at customer service for giving me exception service. I love this store and will go out of my way to shop here.

I love Target and have since 1980. The store in West Carmel is one of the best. I’ve been shopping there since its opening in 2000(?).
Update 7/13/23: The employees are always friendly and since they added Ulta in 2022, it makes me want to shop there even more!
Update: I used the Target Drive Up service today and it superior to all others.

Excellent location every employee is always smiling and you get a feeling of real comradery through out the store with any interaction. Very kind & professional employees; whom ever hired them- KUDOS! They found all the best people!
