Jim Farrow was a pleasure to work with at the Bassett’s on Concord Pike. He was very responsive & showed me many options that would fit my budget & design goals. One of the things I appreciated most was that Jim did not pressure me or bother me during the process —it probably took me 6 weeks start to finish to make my selections. Jim reached out to let me know that the items I was considering were on sale.

My husband and I were feeling out to sea with getting a new sofa. Our room is small a bit difficult. Julie Luongo was so easy to work with. She drew up a floor plan and suggested what would work well and not so well. She took all the time we needed and never felt rushed. We are thrilled with our choice! The Wilmington Bassett store is the best! Amy, Betsy, and the entire team were so accommodating and assisted us with our design style selection, room layout, and helped us pull everything together that we needed for our new home. It was like having a free interior decorator! This store had everything we needed, from indoor and outdoor furniture, pictures, mirrors, rugs, lamps, and everything was top notch quality. I wouldn't go anywhere else for furniture!

Often I don’t even go in, I can tell him what I saw online and he provides the information and saves me a trip. He is wonderful and so is the company. I highly recommend them.

Jim was very accommodating and very knowledgeable. He made sure to tell me about the texture of the items I was looking at. He even brought out the available colors that were possible, if I wanted to upgrade.

We love our furniture from Bassett. Hand crafted in the USA and excellent quality. It's a little pricey but after searching at 10+ furniture stores, the quality is by far the most exceptional. Good customer service and everything was as expected and explained. The delivery men were on time and set up everything nicely

We were looking to flip our dining room and living room to accommodate our growing family and had a farmhouse table in mind. We searched the web and planned trips to Lancaster. We also came across the Bassett Bench Made product. We stopped searching when we visited Bassett (Wilmington) and fell in love with their set. Mary was very helpful and offered many options. She even came to our house with sample fabrics when room colors changed. We ordered 3 different times (table set and chairs, shutters and later upholstered chairs and a rug) and were happy with their timeline and consistent delivery process. We will be back!

We love Bassett furniture. They are sturdy and hold up to children. We've gotten a dining room table, 2 sets of 3-in-1 crib to full bed frames, king size bed frame, bureau, and credenza from Bassett. We still love our furniture and will come back for more when the need arrives. I recommend Bassett.
