Great team of professionals work in that branch. I highly recommend going in for your mobile Needs. The team was pleasant, courteous, and answered all my questions and mobile/cellular needs. Will definitely be back again!! Keep up the great work guys!

Larry helped me initially, who was great, trying to save me some money on my purchase; then Emma, who helped me waaay beyond the purchase of my new phone. I felt so good after my experience there, I wanted to leave a positive review thanking them. THANK YOU.

Jordin Vaughan has Great customer service! meaning consistently meeting customers' expectations. Her customer service is quick, easy, personalized, and empathetic. Jordin delivers excellent customer service, takes the time needed to understand the needs of EVERY customer.

This store is the best kept AT&T secret in Delaware! I mistakenly passed by a larger store and happened upon this smaller (but definitely better!), treasure of a location. My customer service experience with manager Brandon, and Jordin, the associate who helped me, was easy, pleasant and more than exceeded my expectations. I grew up in Delaware and travel here frequently, but currently reside in North Carolina. I can honestly say that from here on, I will be coming to Delaware for all of my AT&T phone needs! If you are an AT&T customer, you would be a fool to go anywhere else but to see Brandon and Jordin at this location!

We had an appointment with ATT consultant Dev and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional and he helped make our experience well worth the time.

Walked in Dev helped with upgrade. Worked with me since I forgot password! Brendon showed me accessories. Next day I had old phone password & Henry redid transfer. Dev was there to make sure everything was working. Extremely happy with the people & service!

Emma was Awesome and determined to resolve my issue. I would gladly go back and see her!!

I made an appointment for 11am when the store opened. Josh greeted me right away. He was extremely helpful, polite, and also quick to get my upgrade completed. Josh is a great employee to have at AT&T.

Lary English sales representative was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to resolve my issues. Also manager was very courteous and helpful. That's one of great AT&T stores I have been in my whole 9 years that I am using AT&T service. I am highly recommend this store for AT&T services.

I was very satisfied with the service my mom/sister and I received at the store. Larry was very polite, patient, made sure WE understood EVERYTHING from the bill to the promotions. While Larry was helping us I also noticed how the other staff greeted customers as soon as they came in. This was our first time in this particular store and it was great

I really love this AT&T store! The manager Jordan was helpful on the phone. When we got to the store our rep Cena was amazing! She spent the time we needed to help us get our new phones, accessories, and get everything set up. She was so nice and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. One of the best phone store experiences we’ve had!

I would like to give a big thanks to Josh W at the At-t store on concord pike store at the Pa. Line, I bought a phone from there and he helped me set it up and put my screen protecteron for me. What a nice young man. I highly recommend him. Thanks

We had a great experience at the Wilmington AT&T store. Cena was phenomenal and provided us with the best customer service. She took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured that all of our devices were working before we left. When this store didn’t have the phone I wanted, they sent a team member to pick it up from the nearest store that same day. I can’t speak more highly about the service we received here.

Amazing experience at this location. Jordan Michael greeting me asap when I entered the store. Felt very welcomed by all employees. Store was clean and well maintained. Was walked through all options when deciding a plan. Everything was very professional but had a nice friendly feel. Would highly recommend this location for all your Att needs. Ask for Jordan!!
