Peter was extremely helpful in helping me choose the right sneaker. His expertise surpassed all my expectations. He understands so much about sneakers and which ones are most appropriate for your needs. He helped me choose the right Hoka. It was quite busy but he continued to give me and my family the attention we needed.

So I shop at this location very frequently as my daughter plays volleyball. I never have had a bad experience here but I have had an awesome experience here about a week ago I will never forget the guy named Peter that helped my daughter and I with her sneakers he is very knowledgeable, very patient, very kind I can tell he loves his job and he is not just there for a check . When we asked him for the sneaker my daughter wanted he didn’t just go get her sneaker and walk away like most people do at sneaker stores he makes sure it’s a good fit he gives advice and was really helpful. He definitely goes above and beyond and has A1 customer service !

Good customer service while shopping and looking for new yard items for outdoor fun. Helpful assistance with getting products off higher shelves, for us shorties Haha but wonderful discounts and clearance sections worth looking and grabbing deals. Shoe department is nicely laid out and run. Ability to see if shoe is in stock from greeting point without having to go to the stock room. That's great service!!! Thank you. Excellent customer service! I stopped in today to look for new walking shoes and was helped by Charles. He was a top notch sales person. He was knowledgeable about the products, asked me great questions about what I was looking for, was super friendly, did not pressure me at all, and was very honest and informative. The only downside was that some of the colors in the the style shoe I was interested in were out of stock. Cameren checked me out at the register and he as well was super friendly. In today's world that goes a long way with customer service!

The manager Justin was extremely knowledgeable in assisting us with the purchase of an appropriate field hockey stick for my teen daughter. He was also extremely friendly. Its hard to find excellent customer service these days, and Justin definitely exceeded our expectations.

Went in for a bicycle. Peter was the only person in the section but tried to help as many people as possible. He helped make sure I got right bike for my height and what I wanted to do. Set it up with seat positioning and made sure that everything was tidy before purchasing. He had such a wealth of knowledge and didn’t talk down to you, and made sure you understood what he was talking about in relation to needs for the bike.

Great store, I purchased my sneakers and hiking shoes there and occasionally bicycle accessories. Any shoes I order online, if they don’t fit I can return to store, no questions asked. Nice policy. This is only speaking about the Wilmington Delaware store, not sure about other stores.

4 PEOPLE GREETED ME! Yesterday i went to get a pair of shoes. I was on a mission. Knew exactly what i wanted and the website said it was in stock [Nike Pegasus 38 black]. As i approached the shoe dept a middle age guy gave me a friendly smile and... i darted past him. Then 2 guys standing near each other both said hi and... i blew past them too. Right after i got to the shoe wall somebody greeted and asked if i needed help. I got what i came for and rushed off to be on time for a family gathering. Today I realized how terribly rude I was. Ive gotten so accustomed to store clerks avoiding me and trying not to help so I never expected people to be SO NICE!! I wish i had time to make a special trip just to tell those men how much I appreciate them working on a Sunday, holiday weekend at 10am and bringing a smile to wear. Thank u team for making my experience great, and thank u leaders who encourage a really good shopping experience! Please dont lose that, even if consumers seem rude in the moment. I really am grateful for it.

Clean and organized store. You get greeted at the door with a warm welcome. Although there are many employees throughout the store they don't hover and ask you a thousand times if you need help. However, if you do need help they go above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered. There is a tv on in the store, usually it has sports news playing, however when I went in the other day I think law and order was on or something similar, which I thought was dope.

This was a very organized place! We found items for all ages and most sizes. And anything they don't have in store they probably have online! They also have good discounts! We were able to find summer clothes, such as t shirts and shorts, and colder weather clothes, like sweatshirts. They also had a variety of brands! I would highly recommend!

I went to this location on 11-22-19 and bought the 300lbs. Olympic bar set. The staff were really nice and helped me out. I asked them if they thought it was going to fit in a mustang, they told me no, no way it could happen. I should’ve made a bet on it because we got it in there with some space left over lol. Keep up the great customer service, And happy holidays!
