The team at this location and Dobbs in general (because I've been to several) are top shelf. Specifically Nielson the Mgr. & Service Mgr. Andrew are very knowledgeable and treat me (the customer) with excellent courtesy, as as respect. They're upfront and honest about what my costs will be. And, I know I can trust them in not taking advantage of me. These types of employees are what keeps me coming back to Dobbs for all of my vehicle service needs.

They were really helpful , my brakes went out and they were able to take me in immediately. They also helped with fees and added coupons for safety concerns driving.

I have had the pleasure of being a customer of this specific Dunn rd. Location. First of all, they started off right with me by answering their phones. As many of you know these days it is very hard task to get businesses to answer their phones so that you can get the information you need prior to your visit. Once I got there, I was warmly welcomed in by Mr. Steve. He set me up in the system and got everything ready to go. I left and went home, later I received a call and was told when I would be able to pick my vehicle up. When I came back, I got to deal with Mr. Martin. He also was very helpful and friendly. After I left a felt that overall, my vehicle was running much better but the alignment felt a little off. So..... I was told I could bring my vehicle back in and that's what I did. On my next visit I got to deal with both Mr. Martin and Mr.Nilsson who were both very professional and friendly. Although I did not get to speak with Mr. Nilsson on my first visit, I Did pay attention to how professional he sounded and handled everything with every customer that came in and spoke with him.
They made sure everything was corrected on my vehicle and even looked into an additional problem I thought might be starting. They were able to calm my fears and assure me everything was okay. I was just completely satisfied with how they spoke with people and how they took care of my car promptly, And made sure that I was happy with their service and I was. I will definitely be using them for all my future repair needs.

They were very accommodating and got me in and out in no time. I always have a good experience when I come here

TLDR: Quick, concise help getting 4 new tires installed onto my vehicle after a flat. Great prices considering what you get.

Your mileage may vary, but for my situation
I got I got four tires after a flat messed up my rear tires beyond repair. On short notice
I got four in-stock tires that were priced fairly and included the warranty which is a nice bonus considering St. Louis roadways are prone to being rough on tires. The tires were of quality, with a slightly higher speed rating than my last pair but proced similarly so also a nice bonus. Overall my experience was good, and it's business that I'd choose to do again.

I recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing service. They not only were fast but affordable. Customer service was top notch. Travelers have no worry here as out of state customers they were a dream to come to for our blown out tire. 10/10.
