I shopped around with a few different companies to get limited liability coverage for my business. Not only did Scott get me the best and least expensive quote but he was curious what the contract was requiring and contacted the the management group himself to clarify what they were asking for. He was even willing to give me, his customer, to someone else he knew if they could have gotten me a better price. Had honest vibes and evident integrity.

I had my insurance with Scott for several years but a few months ago I had a medical emergency that devastated my finances. I decided to go with another company to save a few $$$.
Long story short ,it was a terrible decision so I called Scott and he put me back on track at the same rates I had AND worked with me on my start date to make it easier on me.
Scott, Ethan and Nikki have always been very professional and compassionate but they have gone above and beyond for me.
I am truly grateful. It says so much about the kind of people they are and I'll NEVER go ant where else.
