I don't vape, but I needed an 18650 battery for a RC drone radio and it was Memorial Day weekend, so I stopped by Cardinal Vapor knowing that many vapes use 18650's. The guy running the store was very knowledgeable and friendly and had a great selection of batteries. We had a good chat about RC hobbies and I was able to enjoy my new drone radio over the holiday weekend!

What a great store! Clean and nicely furnished with a warm welcome atmosphere that invites customers to chill out and stay a while. With such great customer service we will definitely be back!!

I went in today for the first time and I was super pleased with the whole experience. The man that was working was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I had no idea what I wanted going in. He asked all the right questions to help me figure it out, and I walked out with exactly what I needed. I'm definitely planning to be a regular customer from now on. 10/10 would recommend

Started using this place when the uses stopped delivering vape stuff in the mail & it is a great shop. I've been vaping 10+ years & been to many shops & this is def one of the better ones. Their selection of juice brands & flavors is excellent & the employees have been friendly & chill. I also like the rewards cards they have where they give you a stamp every $30 you spend & building them up gets you discounts. Best vape shop in muncie.

The young man, I think his name was Lucas, offered to reach out to me if a product I was looking for came in. He was professional and very helpful. 10/10 customer service.

Super cool, laid back shop. Super cozy atmosphere and good prices! We just moved up here and wanted to get out of the house and check out the local businesses in Muncie. So glad to have a good shop with good people so close to our house. The manager was super nice (I’m sorry i forgot the name) and she was super knowledgeable. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t already!

Absolutely love going to this business for my vape stuff. They are considerate and kind. They know what they are doing when it comes to finding you the right tanks, modes, juice and coils, unlike a lot of place I have been to. My husband and I both vape and my husband is autistic, which means he has a very specific palette when it comes to flavors. They have even been able to help him find juices that he absolutely loves and the right coils that gives him the amount of flavor he likes.

i really likes this shop and the man serving me was really kind. his name was james and he had a beard and glasses. i really liked the layout of the store and also really liked the products on offer. really good value for money. 10/10 recommend!!

Excellent shop. Great selection of juices and hardware as well as accessories. Staff knows their products, always answering any and all questions I may have. They have about everything you could want vape related. Store is set up properly and looks great/clean. I have made 2 visits so far and always leave happy with my purchases. Prices are fair for a specialty shop. (Support your mom and pop brick and mortar stores people.)

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Cardinal. Always remember the great service and attitude. The store manager, Brytin, helped me today. Made a quick selection based on what I said I liked. A few choices between mods and tanks were brought out to my car. Received great service.
