Pay Less Super Market

I really prefer Payless over other grocery stores. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean. The shelves are always stocked and pricing is very affordable! I can't say enough good things about this grocery store. We have 2 locations and both are fantastic. The lines always move quickly and they always have more than one check out open at any given time! The parking lot is always clean and the carts are always brought in you don't see a ton of them just all over the parking lot or the cart caddy so full you can't put your cart where it belongs! There are not huge holes or speed bumps all over either. I def recommend this grocery chain. Very very affordable prices also!!! I will def be keeping Payless as my primary grocery store over all others!!

I was amazed by the young man .when checking out.I will say that I can't remember any cashier being as friendly as he was he was very nice.

Alex at the service desk is always very friendly and promo when I have to use money serfices. If he's not s manager he definitely deserves a raise or something.

They usually are pretty well stocked. You can usually get in and out pretty quickly if you just need to pick up a few things.

The bakery made my granddaughters birthday cake. It was so cute, exactly what she wanted. Decorated by hand. So pleased with the way it looked and tasted. It was very moist and not super sweet. Perfect!

Pay less is a nice grocery store it is new to Muncie but they have good prices on their food and produce. The pharmacy I would highly recommend to everyone. The staff at the pharmacy are very courteous and polite They always try to make your experience the best they can to their abilities. I never run into issues when it's time to refill a prescription. They are very informational and helpful and they do send text messages reminding you when your prescriptions are ready for pickup or they're ready to refill!

Pay less is super handy. It's a wonderful grocery store. But they also sell prepared food. They oddly enough have AMAZING sushi. Recommend anyone get it.

Payless is clean well stocked and many things on sale.the general manager was nice and Linda in customer service was fabulous and Tyler in the meat was helpful carrying out my turkeys and helping put them in my car and pop was on sale greatly best aid I have

Prices are competitive and the selection seem to encompasses a good variety of products. However, the number of items on the shelf is noticeably fewer.

The customer service center goes a move and beyond in responding to and resolving customer concerns.

The store continues to offer a great selection in all departments and has an adequate number of checkout lanes open.

The cashier help me with my coupons and digital coupons she was very helpful

Basically a Kroger, even your Kroger card will work here. They have a pretty decent price on meats and the like, but lack certain more niche items, while simultaneously having some rather odd, uncommon ones. They also have a weird lack of basically any sour candy aside from two exceptions. They have Jones soda, though, which can be hard to find. Overall a pretty decent place.

I love shopping at Payless I get everything I need when I'm on a budget and the digital coupons are the best.

The people are exceptionally nice and give you the best price without a digital coupon if you ask.. also the products are exceptional and well priced. The produce is fresh and marked down often for.99 cents. I love organic!!! A+++++++++

Clean, friendly staff, fresh food

I think Pay Less Super Market has the freshest fruit, an the best deli ever. Very helpful customer service. Clean an always really organized. Their floral department is so pretty an so alive with such well taken care of planets an beautiful arrangements. Their sushi is the best in town with a live person making sushi right in front of you, an you can request certain rolls if you so wish. I enjoy shopping alot in the Muncie pay less stores!

Well, other than forgetting my wallet and living 30 mins away from either Payless. I've always enjoyed shopping there. Rarely are they out if my favorites and always willing to help, especially during this tough time. I have to say great job Payless/Kroger!!! 👏👏😊😊❤❤

Finally! A nice full-service grocery that's convenient for people on the south side and in the county! I've really enjoyed my trips to Pay Less so far. There's a nice selection, great deals to be had, and it's very clean. The deli/bakery/produce section rivals Meijer. It's like being at Marsh without having to pay Marsh prices.
