Had Justin as a sales consultant. He asked the right questions and understood what I needed. He gave me options without trying to “up-sell” me and allowed ME to choose what I thought was best. Justin was very thorough in his explanation of every single detail. I am happy to have had my encounter with him and can’t wait to get my purchase picked up. A very large furniture outlet by easily accessible location with lot of parking spaces. Huge variety of furniture collection either in store or in outlet section (where there will be a minor issues on items so it will be discounted heavily). If you are planing to do purchase on outlet then return is mostly not accepted. Store is actually at 2nd floor with escalator access , but the entrance has few furniture display. accessible by disabled. Restrooms are available at the outlet section. Clean , well maintained , inside cafe is available for quick refreshment for free, staffs are attentive and friendly.

Jesse is the best, she was a bright star to an otherwise daunting task. She went above and beyond showing me not only the stock in the main showroom but also the outlet showroom. She never put on a sales air or persona, but was knowledgeable about knowing the inventory. She just walk around with me, answered questions I had and gave me time to take in a piece and think on it. Her energy was kind and helpful.

When I returned to look again in the outlet store she was busy with a customer. However Mike, the sales manager in that department jumped in and also was friendly but not pushy. When the time came to write my purchase up he had another awesome sales woman help me. She not only calculated the least expensive way for me to buy the pieces, but wrote the ticket allowing Jesse to obtain the credit. What an amazing "team" of people.
