I purchased furniture from Hank’s and have had great customer service. I had an issue with a love seat breaking and Louie found a cost effective and prompt solution for me. His responsiveness and bias for action is something I don’t see often any more. Great experience!

A desk bought from Hank's had a few small blemishes that most people might have not minded. We wanted it perfect so they sent Jesus and had the experience to make it perfect. I couldn't be happier!

I needed an adjustable bed frame. I visited two other establishments prior to visiting Hank's Fine Furniture. Hank's had the best price for the same model I had decided on. The sales staff treated me professionally and courteously through the transaction. Delivery was actually a day before their estimated date. The installation crew did all the work. They moved out my existing frame and installed the new system quickly and efficiently. Will definitely
recommend Hank's to anyone needing products from a Home Store.

While traveling to visit family, we went recliner shopping and had a great experience with our salesperson, Derrick and the store manager. Patient, with excellent listening skills, he was able to help us pick out the perfect chair and arrange prompt delivery at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this store for your decor needs.

I want to give a shout out to Jesus, repair tech with Hanks! I recently purchased a sofa set and there were a couple of factory issues with specific cushions. Jesus worked a long time to resolve the issue by trying different techniques to restore the cushion. However, it was determined to be an error with the factory and a new cushion has to be ordered. Thank you Jesus for your professionalism.

Hanks has a great selection to shop from. Derick Figueroa our salesman was very professional and helpful. We will definitely be back to visit him for all our future furniture needs.

Theron was not only really nice and helpful but also VERY knowledgeable! He helped guide me and my family to exactly what we needed, and he helped us stay within budget because as we all know this economy is tough. The store had a ton of options and I I didn’t have to wait on my delivery. Theron even managed for them to set everything up in our apartment. I am a fan!!!
