Best Buy

I go to this place too often. Either is dropping off my build, getting parts, buying electronics, or looking at what to upgrade. The tech team there honestly does their best with every time I bring my PC, my build is just unfortunate enough to be cursed AF no matter what we all seem to do with the poor thing.

A gentleman named Noah helped us. Absolutely the best service! He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was familiar with the laptop she bought. I will drive from Fayetteville every time now. Way better than the Fayetteville store!

My wife and I went into Best Buy to look at high end TV's. We were planning on doing quite a bit of research and then purchasing a TV at a later date.

However, a young lady by the name of Lauren and the Best Buy staff were so helpful and well informed on new technology. we felt comfortable purchasing the TV the same day without continuing to research TV's forever...

We both hate shopping, especially at Christmas time. So, it was really nice to walk into Best Buy, learn about these complex TV's, purchase a TV with confidence and be out in 37 minutes. This kind of customer service experience is almost unheard of these days.

I highly recommend this location due to the great customer service experience! Today Taylor helped me pick put the perfect phone! I told him what I like and he helped narrow everything down, from the specs to the performance of the phone! I've now bought 2 phones in the past 3 months from here and have had an amazing experience each time! Noah, I believe is his name helped me pick my wife's phone the first time. It was a great experience working with him as well! Thank you to the Best Buy staff for all the help! I will continue to shop here and recommend this location!!

The reps were super friendly and I was able to purchase the equipment I needed quickly and check in my PC's to GeekSquad for a Data Transfer and setup in no time! Props to the helpful, friendly, and efficient GeekSquad team at the Rogers store 👍. I would highly recommend this store and especially the GeekSquad service as well. (Also 2 ply toilet paper in the public washrooms is a game changer lol)

I bought a refurbished dji fpv drone at a very good price. Sadly it came with a dead battery which refused to charge(probably because it was in storage for too long). I took the battery back to the store and got a new one with no question ask. The drone is now fully functional, just crashed it a minute ago but it still work! I’m happy 🙂.

I've made several purchases in the last 6 months and every time the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.

So many electronics options, staff was helpful, but there WAS a waiting list to be helped. I was able to find out they didn't have what I wanted in stock without having to wait in the list though, because that would have been annoying. Also, don't think the phones come off the stands to view like they used to back in the day. Its all locked down and I accidentally set off the alarm! Oops!

Even though the young employee didn't quite know the answers to the questions I had about micro SD cards, we figured it out together! He learned something new today, and so did I! I like this location and will definitely come back.

I have three very old Mac laptops, and one of them is a mid-2000s model that, wait for it, predates the Cloud. The other two are around 2015 models. I have two iPads and an iPhone 12, but there are just times I want to work on a laptop. So, after calling two or three local purveyors of Apple products, I discovered that they have no laptops in stock, chip shortages, supply chain travails, and all. I understand. But, on impulse on the way home, I went to Best Buy. I've had delightful experiences there before, buying previous electronics. I walked straight to the Apple area where, within a few moments, Jermaine greeted me. I let him know I am not here to browse, I need things, and told him why. I asked what was in stock that I can take home today. After letting me know prices, he led me to the open box area, and voila! I already set up my new to me open box but under AppleCare warranty for a year MacBook Pro, with attachments to retrieve old photos from hard drive of my 2005 MacBook Pro. Highly recommend Best Buy, Jermaine, for a no-hassle, in-stock, on sale and informed transaction.

Outstanding store, all the employees that I encountered were very helpful and friendly. If a manager from Best Buy reads this please have the employees from this store come up to Minneapolis and train all the ones there on how to take care of the customer.

The guy at the front asked me what I was interested in finding after I told him. He pointed me towards that item and he even told me where on the shelf I could find it. It's pretty quick! Then at checkout the guy made sure to tell me about all the features I had when with my items.

The first person I talked to had an attitude but then Maya (I believe that is her name) came and helped and was very helpful and professional.

We bought a new house and of course it did not come with all the appliances. We decided to go to Best buy and take a look. Kaitlyn was wonderful and helped us through the whole process. We were able to buy one of our refrigerators at a greatly reduced price due to a small ding in the bottom of the door the same day. They are going to warehouse it for us until our house is ready. We plan to buy the rest when we are closer to closing.

My Total Tech membership had paid for itself twice, fold with warranty replacement on my electronics and TV installation. For example, my daughter's SONY headset broke one question: What happened? I said it fell apart, then they gave me a store credit, and I got another one warranty that starts over. Very nice Staff and very helpful.

The assistant store manager Shawn was incredible with his service! He ran around today (black Friday) and finally found what we were looking for! Very hard worker.! And Taylor was awesome too who checked us out in the home theater section

Geek Squad is my go to folks for all things computer, I have used them for tablets, laptops and desktops, they have never let me down. They are very knowledgeable and charge a fair price.

Dropped in to get new head phones for my pc. Excellent service, and the staff was knowledgeable.
