Lowe's Home Improvement

I always have a good experience when I shop at Lowe's. This visit I didn't find what I was looking for, but I had two clerks helping me look for what I wanted. Update: Since I wrote this review, Lowe's has added new Veteran's benefits. After registering at Lowe's website, veterans are eligible for the 10% discount and specials only for Veterans. Today, I received a coupon for a free bag of charcoal. They are good people, and they have earned my business!

I’ve been to a lot of Lowe’s. The store was well stocked and relevant. I was pleasantly greeted by several associates while shopping. This something that can be lost during busy times, but they did a great job with it. When asking a location of a specific product, I was taken to the item as opposed to being pointed in a direction. The military discount has to be applied for, but one that’s done, it’s easy to use. I gave the 5 star for the added veteran parking spots. I appreciate a company who isn’t afraid to take that initiative.

Bought a 13x24 shed that Chris helped us choose the options for. It had to be assembled in our backyard (smaller sheds can be pre-assembled) Drew Packard did an amazing job building it for us!! Absolutely love it and the job.

I am always running late on my way home they will select the items usually under 1hr it's ready for p/u such a relief that they offer this service it's 😀 great

We just bought our home and were looking for kitchen appliances. Rico at the home appliance department was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! We got the best customer service from Rico!

Always my FAVORITE. Just wish they had the scrap wood pile in the back all day like my stores down home instead of only in the morning. I love them anyways! Every lowes is always filled with staff eager to help you and loads of knowledge! Nothing beats the Lowes experience! I get lost in this place in awe! Love it! My sweet escape! ❤❤❤

Lymon in the bathroom dept was helpful. He was the only one to ask of we needed help or information and did not just walk by us. Fantastic cuatomer service.

In the middle of remodeling bathroom floor, found everything I needed at Lowe's for a good price. Under $100 with extra material. Really helps with keeping in heat since our floors were soo thin
