All of the workers were extremely nice and knowledgeable! No, this is not a mistake or a joke!
Mandy was amazing and patient during the whole process. They were having computer issues throughout the area, but that never impacted their attitudes or customer service.

Wait time wasn't bad. Friendly and helpful staff.

It Was A Long Wait As Usual, But The Employees' Were On Their Game, Moving People Quickly.

There was a wait but the woman that worked there seemed pleasant.

Jonesboro needs a new facility with a larger staff or they need to hire more help. There was literally 42 people waiting and 3 people working without a since of urgency. That's not even counting the people that took a number and would leave for a hour. Every chair was taken and it was difficult to find a place to stand. Took 2 Hours and 45 mins to get tags on my vehicle only because 10-15 people straight up left. Otherwise it would of took over 3 hours, I know we can do way better!

It's the DMV, not exactly the most fun place to be but even on a Friday afternoon, "our" employees did get the job done. Don't forget to get your Real ID by October 2020--I don't work there, just a friendly joke because remember, they are paid by our tax money 🤗

Too many systems being down between tax collectors office & state rev office made for an inefficient, costly multi-visit (2 trips) that was frustrating for all involved.

You know the jokes about the long waits at the DMV? The person who wrote those probably came to this one.
