10 out of 10 experience, the workers were extremely kind and so sweet. There was so much to look at, I will be back!!

Cute small shop has a huge inventory of lots of Sanrio products. Pricing is of course "not cheap" (trademark, genuine products), if your a fan you won't leave without a lil something red or pink! Gorgeous handbags, backpacks, pillows, charms, hair assesories, keychains... on & on. Just luv My Melody & My Little Twin Stars! Staff/owners are so darling, helpful, personable & gracious as you enter and exit the shop. Meter Parking in the area is a challenge so if you plan to visit make time and enjoy the walk along all the shopping strip. Food, frozen yogurt, adjacent mall. There's a lot in the area.

I love this store. They have some items from Japan that can't be found on the official Sanrio website and other Sanrio stores. I am always greeted with a friendly "Hi." I love going during the weekends, because the owner is very friendly and helpful. This store also gives you bags for your items that aren't in other stores. Love collecting bags.

I have read some complaints about them being very watchful and how they feel racist. I am Asian and they also watch me. I honestly think they are just protecting their store and it shouldn't be taken personally.

I also like how quickly they resolve problems. Once I bought a towel and when I got home I realized the same item was a bit cheaper online. I called and payed me back the difference. Great customer service.

I love this sanrio shop. It's small but it's pack with many sanrio items and new items so there's plenty to look at. I was very happy to see they have plenty of Cinnamoroll items. The owners there are very sweet and friendly. They were also very helpful when i have questions. I look forward to going back in the future when i visit LA again!

My daughter loved this store. It's quite small but they have a ton of stuff! She spent over 2 hours looking at everything - I had to tell her we needed to leave. The owner and employee were so helpful and kind. They noticed my daughter looked cinnamoroll, so they were helping her find stuff. They also gave her a little magnet with cinnamoroll even tho that month had already passed. They were just super awesome with us. I really enjoyed this experience and would def recommend.

The best Sanrio store! I love this place! The Shop Owners are very attentive and friendly to customers! My go to for Sanrio shopping!

I used to come in and shop in person but now that I’ve moved across the country I can’t anymore. I didn’t even think to order online until a few days ago when I was looking for a Tokidoki blanket that was sold out everywhere. I was so excited they had it and ordered it right away. The speed in which they not only shipped it out but that it arrived was awesome. It was the perfect arrival today since I’m sick and all I want is to cuddle on the couch with a blanket. Thank you so much!

The prices were a little high but it makes sense because it is a specialty store and alot of the times can not be found on the sanrio website if you are a sanrio lover especially stationary and plushies you should definitely check it out

This is the cutest and most well stocked store! It has so many amazing finds and the owners are so helpful and friendly! They are so knowledgeable and welcoming. It's a must stop, we'll definitely be ordering through their website so we can keep getting these great products ✌❤

Items. I basically can spend hours and hours over there. The owners is so kindhearted, when I need help with buying items online without hesitation, she help meand guided me till the end like a long time friend. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Wonderful items shipped from Japan. I went to 4 other Sanrio shops but it was nothing compare to this one. Friendly staff, will come again.

A cute little place. You do need to make a line to go in but, is worth it the staff is nice and friendly. You won't rush to look around.

We went to 3 different Sanrio stores in the SoCal area and this one was the best one! Even though it's smaller, it had the best selection and the staff was the friendliest
