First time here. Very helpful gentleman working in the meat department helped me find a whole turkey that came with the giblets.

EVELYN IS THE BEST CASHIER!!!! She's super helpful, neat, organized and always has a beautiful smile on her face when customers walk in. She helped me look for items that were in my interest and made me feel welcome and relieved.

Top meat and seafood counter for a "mainstream" market. Each time we go we rarely experience a crowd. And, they have baggers... this is the best chain market in town.

Smaller market, but your still able to find what you need here. Don't sleep on the deals if you have the Vons app.

My go-to supermarket. This store has a fair selection of good-quality items in stock at any given time. It also has a deli, a bakery, and a seafood section where you can buy all of these commodities fresh. Though these accommodations are not at all uncommon in a supermarket, this Pavilions maintains excellent standards of order and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend shopping at this Pavilions!

I got a so so price on the lobster tails. I rarely get good deals from this grocery store, but it was conveniently located to me & they had what I was looking for to complete my holiday meal 😊

The Market is a little tricky to find what you need if your new . But i have been going there for about 4yrs. It is my favorite Market . The employee's and Managers are Great like family and they are always happy to help . Great neighborhood store

A really nice supermarket. You'll find some different and delicious groceries here. A little bit more expensive than other supermarkets. But worth it.

Customer service is excellent. Cashiers are friendly and keep the lines moving. Rarely any waiting.

If you love a vast selection of spirits this store is for you. Recently remodeled, it is a premier location with a great staff.

Ms Mia provided excellent role model service staff example by ushering everyone in and out of the door as she was very helpful, courteous and friendly..Cashier Francisco and another packer were professional in their attitude

We are visiting family in Pasadena and wanted to make dinner for our lovely hosts. They referred us to Pavilions to grab some ingredients. Our two year old is accustomed to getting a free piece of fruit at Fred Meyer so as soon as we got her situated in the cart she asked for an apple. The produce guy heard us and I asked if Pavilions offered a complimentary piece of fruit for young shoppers, he eagerly helped us pick out an apple, an Envy Apple, and cut off a couple of slices for both of us to sample. I was impressed with his customer service, which was paralleled at the check-out when my daughter asked for a "sticker, please" and the cashier looked pretty hard to find a sticker for her. Thank you for a great customer service experience. I can see why our aunt and uncle love Pavilions.

Honestly dig the vibes here for some reason. Friendly staff, pretty good quality groceries. Selection is a tad limited, something between Trader Joe's and Vons.

Pavilions is doing a great job during the pandemic. Cleaning thoroughly, managing the line so physical distancing is ensured. Really appreciate the management and all the staff, thank you so much.

This is not the cheapest grocery store but one of the smallest so you can get what you are looking for quickly and get out. My grocery I go to the most.

Always a nice shopping experience when i come to this place. It is alittle small but they have everything u need. A one stop shop.
