AT&T Store

Toni is the GOAT. I went to another location to talk to someone about plan options + getting a new phone. Was basically told that they couldn’t really help me. Decided to try another location and not only did Toni get me a less expensive plan that fits my needs, she helped me get a new phone, a case, and an Apple Watch. Love love love her.

Fantastic experience with Hayden! He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. We have followed him to a couple of ATT stores because he is so helpful. He worked so hard to find a solution to our unusual situation tonight. We appreciate him very much!

Daniel is AWESOME!!! I’m so glad we decided to go there. I have bought phones from him in the past and he is just what the customer needs. He helped me with my account and got me the discount as a NURSE In which was on my account but I was not getting the discount. His customer service is on point and top notch!!! His attentiveness to me and what was going to work in my best interest WAS THE BEST!!!

I needed to move my cell phone service from Straight Talk to AT&T. When I went into the store Sawyer and Allison greeted me and started the process of moving my service. Straight Talk didn't want to release those numbers and the process became more difficult. By this time another gentleman, I believe his name was Brice, also began to help because Allison was still in training. Each of these three reps were completely professional and patient. They never complained or appeared frustrated. The job was completed and everything works as it should. I am grateful for their professionalism and patience with me and Straight Talk. Thank you Sawyer, Brice and Allison. You rocked it yesterday!

Patricia at the mall location was friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. She was knowledgeable about the plans and phones. I would highly recommend her.

I have had my plan fixed at this location more than once and the customer service has been superb. This particular visit, I took several friends in to fix their plans. Staff was extremely helpful and comforting to a friend that had recently undergone a breakup and needed a plan adjustment. Since it was on a weekend, one could not get the extra ex line scrubbed but, the staff member told him how to fix it on the next business dayand gave him the phone number to get his ex off the plan. Would totally go out of my way to go to an empty mall and have the best customer service from any ATT store in the area anytime.

One of the best customer services. This girl name Monica help me, my sister and my mom get new phones. She was very helpful and answered and walked us through everything through the process as she set our lines up.

I visited this store after AT&T's telephone support center told me that they couldn't activate my Apple Watch because I hadn't purchased it directly from AT&T. The two gentleman who helped me were so friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They resolved all of the issues that I had with activating the watch and then spent time with me answering other questions I had about my existing mobile plan that I hadn't been able to resolve with AT&T's corporate support. It was a fantastic customer service interaction and I will be going directly to this store for any other questions/services I may need from AT&T.

Monica is a great sales associate, and she has always gone above and beyond for us! I make sure to go to her anytime I want to get ANYTHING done! I would 100% recommend this location and I would 100% recommend going to her!

Walked in and immediately felt like it was a different experience! Fast, friendly, knowledgable reps that took the time to explain things too me and make me feel confident with my new device! Definitely recommend this store.

Grant and brad were the most helpful representatives of AT&T I have ever done business with. Such a relief after a miserable experience at their sister store on college. A little bit out of the way for me, as I live near campus, but definitely worth the drive. Lowered my cable and internet bill and worked with me to get a new phone (iPhone 8) and took the time to show me how to operate my new device. Apparently this location is under new management, and it’s working well for their consumers. 10/10 recommend.

Hayden helped me to get exactly what I wanted!!! He was very helpful, informative and thorough!!! I have something else I need to do with my plan this week and will definitely plan on going back to see Hayden!!!

If you ever go to an AT&T store go to the Fayetteville mall location. Ask to speak to Monica the sales associate. She is awesome. Went above and beyond to help us and left nothing on the table. She gets an A plus from us.

Went in to get a new number on my unlocked phone. They had the no contract prepaid plan that I wanted. Took about ten minutes for me to walk out with a smiley face. Great experience.
